Ill give this attraction a 7, but only if its experienced in the dark--otherwise its about a five. Ive seen it both ways, and the nighttime experience is far superior.
An underrated attraction. Jaws often scares first time riders---always fun to watch their reactions. If you get a good captain, dont look for the flaws and enjoy the ride!
Real nice rubber fish. What else could you ask for?
Boring! Most disappointing ride in the park. I was on the right side of the boat and saw/felt nothing.
JAWS the ride, when first ridden may seem to be exciting, thrilling, and yes..somewhat scary. But, as you ride it more and more, you begin to understand the mechanics, which are clearly visible. When ridden, JAWS the ride gives the best show at night. If you, the park visitor were to ride during the day, only do so to get some cool water on your legs. While riding, you may or may not get wet, and you also may or may not see the shark. For best seats, sit on the left-hand side. JAWS is fried and most action occurs over there. Great ride over all, may need some upgrading though.
I like this ride only because of my tour guide. A skinny man who was WAY too into it. He jumped all around the boat, freaking out. And to think..He has to act like a moron all day long..
Cheesiest ride at Universal. an embarrassment to their legendary tradition!!!
the best part of this ride was the theming around the ride itself. the shark looks horribly fake. and the tour guide has a fake gun he uses. when i rode it, the gun was falling apart and the paint was peeling off it. just added to the over all cheezyness of the ride
This ride really isnt all that scary if you no what to expect. The effects were good and the part with the shed was interesting...shark looked to fake though.
Not a ride worth waiting for. The shark looks to fake.
