Overall a decent ride. The best part of the ride is the exhibit after the ride is over. This is a good fit in sea World.
I was only expecting a simulator and when the ride let out into Base WIld Arctic. I cant believe that place! Its so cool! It snows inside sometimes, because its really that cold. Its been a while since I was there, but dont that have a huge pool with a bridge over it that has a baluga whale or something? Man, that was so cooL! The simulator was fun to.
A terrific exhibit (probably the best in the park), the ride is a great bonus.
Wild Arctic is nice for seeing the animals - but the ride isnt the best part. Its alright, but once youve done it a few times it kind of gets old. The picture seems very old compared with things of today, it would be nice if they would remaster it a bit. The "arctic station" is beautiful. See beluga whales, polar bears, and a walrus up close. Its a nice experience in there.
A cool attraction. The simulator was as expected, pretty much the same as all the others. But what made this attraction stand out was that you are flying to the Arctic region(the simulator is the flight) and once you get off the ride you are in what looks to be the South Pole, complete with Polar Bears and other animals. The simulator is not quite as good as Star Tours but the theming more than makes up for it.
This is my favorite animal exhibit at any park. You start out with the motion simulator which is an experience all its own, and then you get to see Beluga Whales, Polar Bears, and Walroises (sp?), it is really quite an experience.

Just another simulator. Not the best, but not the worst either. The animals were cool though.
This ride was pretty cool. I rode it a few years back, and considering the time it was built, the simulation is excellent!
I rate it as a 6 for the simulator part - 8 for the animals/exhibit that follows.
I really enjoyed the simulator. It was fun and effective. The idea of traveling by helicoptor to the arctic region was a good effect, and the animal exhibits are very well presented. It is a large attraction and one that I enjoyed twice during my visit. The walruses were a blast as they "played" with the onlookers.
