I was prepared to be blown away. It was very good, but there are quite a few other floorless coasters that I prefer.
Kraken is not nearly as forceful from the front of the train but it is smooth and a lot of fun.
Ive been on alot of floorless coasters in my 13 years but let me tell you this has been my favorite ever since i first rode it. It goes quick but its a really smooth ride thats absolutely amazing
This is an awesome floorless coaster! Every inversion seemed to be perfect! The back was my favorite. This is a must at Sea World.
AWESOME! Never been on a floorless before, but this was the greatest thing ever. And I dont care if Tom or any person says different cause this isnt Medusa, this is KRAKEN! YEAH!
This is B&M at its finest. This coaster is extremely smooth and the fact that it is floorless makes it even more exciting. The first drop gives great air time and all of the inversions are intense and fast. A must ride at Sea World!
I cant believe that there was no line at all!!! I just walked ride onto one of the best rides ive ever been on. The theme can be a little more specific but the ride is great. Great height and drop. The inversions are insane and very very smoothe. The only bad thing about SeaWorld is that they need more rides like this!
So, after 7 years of waiting, I finally got to ride Kraken. The first ride on it was in the back row. I thought that it was pretty good, the air time on the first drop, and after the mcrb. The floorless aspect of the coaster from the back row is not that big of a deal. The second time I rode it, I went to the front row, and man, what a huge difference. The front row on Kraken is single handedly one of the best, if not the best coasters I have ever been on. The view is awesome, and your feet hanging right over the track is one of the most amazing experiences ever. If you ride this, do it from the front. Excellent.
Best B&M floorless I have ridden. The ride rivals Medusa at Six Flags Great Adventure before the trim breaks and is much better than Medusa after that point. The two tunnels are a great feature. Themeing is good as is the fast loading time.
This was the first ever coaster that I rode in Florida and it remained the best that I had ridden by the end of my trip, as well. However, I did not make to Tampa Bay, so I dont know if Montu or Kumba is better. Hopefully, Ill be able to head there and put any doubts to rest. The restraints are comfortable, the ride is smooth with a great variety of elements, and the location in the park is excellent. I didnt have a rental car on my vacation and the bus transfer point to Disney is in front of Sea World. I enjoyed the Kraken so much, that on one of my Disney days I took advantage of my multi day Universal/Sea World pass to get a couple of extra rides in between transfers on the way to and on the way back from Disney. I think that it is more of a 9.5 than a 9, however I feel that Millenium Force at Cedar Point is definitely better than the Kraken, so I cant give it a 10.
Kraken was amazing. Absolutely amazing. I got off of this ride so surprised it was crazy. I didnt know what to expect with it, which is why I think it was so exciting. The first drop gives you some great floater air, and all of the other elements are so intense as well! The tunnel near the end really has a great effect with the water running! Just an overall great ride.
