The Tobaggan is a steel sit down roller coaster. (Toboggan). It was built by Chance. It is 45' tall, 450' long, it is fast, fun, rerideable, it has a large capacity, and a long duration.

Wierd ride. First of all, you sit down in not a seat at all, just a cusion on the bottom of the vehicle. Then the opp closed the top of the car, and you basically feel trapped in a cage! My tall self barely fit in! Then you go up a verticle lift on your back which was the loudest lift Ive ever heard. The helixes were all right, but nothing special. The fun begins with the last few hops which are just so rough and out of control. I think it would have been a bit more enjoyable if I wasns so tall and my head didnt hit the top of the vehicle on every hill, nontheless, it was a solid unique coaster, that was surprisingly the best at Trimpers. Still not enough for it to get anything but an average score by me.

Overall, its a little rough, but the vertical lift and the interesting downward spin, just a little Wild Mouse-like, helps make up for the !rough! landing. I doubt Ill ride it again, but Im glad I tried it once.

I like this cool ride because it has an enclosed vertical lift hill. But the humps at the end always make my head hit the top of the car.

Its a Chance Toboggan, which are actually direct descendents from torture devices used during the Spanish Inquisition, so what more needs to be said. Going up verticle lift in these things I always wonder what would happen if it would malfunction.... would the anti roll back devices hold? Anyway... As always, the first dip after the spiral section is enough to repositoin several vital internal organs. At least this Toboggan (or at least the car I was in) was padded pretty well on the ceiling of the cars... While my liver, stomach and pancreas might have been rearranged, at least my skull was not driven down into my brain when my head hit the roof on that first dip like in most other rides of this type.

i think this ride is super painful. But, somehow I cant seem to get over the first part of a vertical lift hill, and a twirling downhill. thats y i gave it a 6. I cant seem to get off it, not matter how painful

It has a cool lift hill and comfortable seats except when you go up & down the little hills, it hurts!

I liked it but it had very uncomfortable ending hills.

A okay ride with an interesting lift hill. It is uncomfortable at the bottom though. This ride clearly isnt the best ride ever built. This ride is a bit strange in the way the car youre sitting in acts as your restraint. This rides manufacter has the worst name possible for a ride designer, Chance Rides Inc. For a park as small as this one is, it is nice this park has two medium to full size coasters. I liked the fact that a line was non-existent.

This truck-mounted coaster used to be a staple at carnival midways. Now it is less common to find one. The ride starts out interesting with a 90 degree vertical lift, followed by a tight spiral down around the lift. Unfortunately, it ends with painful little hills that jar you around and jam your head into the roof. UPDATE: The roof padding on this ride was improved in 2005.
