Very good raft ride. I am not a huge fan of raft rides, primarily because they all tend to be very similar, but this one is tops in my book. Excellent theming, as always with Islands of Adventure, and a good ride for kids and adults alike. There are even some comic moments (this is Toon Lagoon after all ), similar to Dudley Do-Right, and you are pretty much guarenteed to get soaked, which is not the case with all raft rides. Overall, great fun, just not as thrilling as its next door neighbor, Dudley Do-Rights Ripsaw Falls.

I thought this ride was a lot of fun, if not overly long. Lots of rapids, lots of soaking points, a decent story, and a good layout. As I said though, it was really long, and you will likely get wet, if not completely soaked [like me]. Luckily, we didnt wait very long for it, but the lines can get atrociously long.

A typical, wet and long raft ride. I was expecting some more surprises but it was still fun and if you wanna cool down, this is a great ride to do so on because you MOST LIKELY wont get soaked, but still get wet. Its fun but not worth more than a 30 minute wait.

I really enjoy, for the most part, these types of rides. I try not to bring character opinions in about rides, however, I just dont like Popeye, so the actual characters I could really care less about. However, leaving behind my childhood preferences I do think that this ride is extremely fun. The themeing is wonderful, the story line is relatively easy to follow, and the the car wash part is really fun. I got soaked on this ride because of all the oportunities to get wet. Lots of random splash zones and rapids.

The best river ride that I have ever been on. I enjoyed the theming and scenery also. I wouldve got soaked if I didnt wear a rain poncho. I usually dont care for these kinds of rides because I dont like wearing wet clothes all day but this was really fun and long.

This is a really good river rapids ride, one of the best. Its plenty long, and has nice variety throughout its course. I love the car wash part, it showed a lot of creativity. Im a fan of Popeye, so I enjoyed the theming.

This is yet another fantastic water ride from Universal. Situated close to Ripsaw Falls, Toon Lagoon can provide tons of aquatic fun. I ended up taking two spins down the wild, well-themed course and though I was soaking wet from head to toe, I enjoyed every second of it. The rapids were very well designed to hit from every angle, and to fill the boat with water only to be flushed out. The story behind Plutos quest for power was great, and the themeing made it awesome, definately the best themeing on a rapids ride, even beating out Shipwreck Rapids at Sea World San Diego, but I remember getting (get this...) even wetter and going even faster through the course on Shipwreck, which is just half a notch above the Bilge Rat Barges. The random spraying throughout the course was nice, and the carwash part was awesome, as even the lift wont save you from harms way. The twisting turn after the lift was very cool, and as always, the happy ending was nice. This would have been a perfect way to cool down in the 80 degree temperatures that I experienced at times, and we were certainly fortunate enough not to have to worry about crowds... we didnt even have to get off of the rafts for or second ride.
