This was a very fun ride. I was sad to see it go.
I was about 7 years old when I rode this. I loved it, having just rented and watched the whole series before coming, and loving Doc Brown. I especially remember it being so real, that when we went into the volcano, I thought the lava would come and flood into the car! Loved the movies, and loved this ride.
This is a really fun simulator ride. The huge screen in front of you is really emmersive, however the ride does feel very dated. The CG in the movie was pretty bad. This type of simulator is a dieing bred, quickely being replaced by newer, more advanced rides souch as Spiderman at IOA
It was a pretty fun ride. Though, not as good as some other virtual reality rides. My favorite part was when we flew over Texaco.
This is not the best ride ever but its the best of the classic simulators by far. For that it gets a 10. I had just written a review for Star Tours calling it one of the best classic simulator but I completely forgot this one. The T-Rex scene is intense! Really sucks you in. IMO its underated. It also helps to be a fan of the series. The screen is enourmous, the fog is cool too........now Im off to revise Star Tours.
this is definatly the worst ride at the park. The special effects are ok. All i felt was being jerked around. Skip it.
This is an outstanding simulator ride. Unlike most simulators, where the small screen moves around with the room, Back to the Future involves small, eight-person vehicles suspended in front of a huge IMAX-type screen. The screen, which remains stationary, sort of wraps around the vehicles, which get tossed about like rag dolls. There are three levels of vehicles, each five cars across, that operate in front of the same screen at the same time. However, they are (almost) completely hidden from all other cars so that it feels like a much more personal experience. As far as which spot makes for the best ride, the middle car on the middle level is dead center, but the screen is so large that the effect works pretty well from wherever you sit. (The bottom side vehicles are probably the worst.) Anyway, this ride takes you on a rough-and-tumble chase through Hill Valley, both in the future and far past, to capture the evil Biff who has stolen another time-travel vehicle. It is pretty rough, but thats what makes it fun, and it always leaves me laughing out loud.
Maybe a little bit better then an average simulator ride. Still a classic.
i expected it to be much more. dissappointing
Nothing much to say about this ride. It is fun for your first or second time but it can get boring. I think I like the Orlando themeing better. But at anytime in the movie you can look over and see you havnt gone anywhere. I wouldnt recommend it for small children. My little sister bumped here head on the side when she was younger and of course she didnt enjoy the rest. Still a nice simulator though.
