Are you all seriously joking?? giving a ride such as this one such low ratings? man, no park has ever created a ride with this concept, as a matter of fact, it beats the one at AK, Disney. it is both a water ride and expedition, although it is not covered as well as it could, but they are learning. give it some time, another thing is the drivetr is always a trip!!
I wasnt very impressed with this ride at all. It sounded like a good idea when it was first announced. I was excited. Then it opened and its like, this is it? The line is always long, and the water portion is always closed and that is the best part of the ride. So if you have never been on it, give it a try, but if the water portion is not working then your missing half of the ride, without the water its just like the train ride.
Pretty cool idea, but doesnt live up to the hype. And this ride is EXTREMELY CROWEDED and i mean it. I was there on a relatively empty day and still waited about an hour. Busch Gardens Tampa has by far the best collection of animals, but this is not the way to see them. The skyride and train are both better. If they let you drive through in your car this would be the perfect animal park.
When I visited, the water portion of the attraction was dry and totally cut from the "run". It was a cute attraction and entertaining, but not the thrill they intended it to be.
What a waste of time. you can see all of the animals from theskyride/train and the track guided water rapid thing was lame. The ride takes up way too much room and could be used for something better. The ride breaks down alot too.
To clear up any misconceptions about this ride: it is not worth more than a 20-minute wait, and there is nearly always a two hour line. Yeah, you see some animals, but you can see them from the train and the skyride just the same. Its really pretty corny, and the "dangerous" journey down the raging river isnt all that fun. I dont predict that it will be around very long... it breaks down a lot and what about the time one of the vehicles flipped over? Busch Gardens should take it out and try again.
compared to the safari ride at Animal Kingdom, this sucks!! The guides try to be funny but they fail there, and the ride just blows. the line sucks too, are there supposed to be animals?? i see more at the local zoo (scary thought) . animal kingdom just does a real good job. much better than this safari ride.
Im sorry but I had a very bad experience. Waited in line for 1 hour and rode a 2 minute ride and saw about 2 animals. I expected more from such a great theme park.
this ride absolutely is horrible
I enjoyed this very much, I might have more than others because Im also an animal person. I dont think its up to qualitry standards, and a ride that is not worth a wait thats over a half hour, but if you visit the park, you should ride it.
