its a 2-3 hour wait but worth the wait. you go up almost to the top then drop, then up 13 stories and a window opens and another drop and then again! GREAT ride.
This is a great ride. The view at the top of the tower is fantastic!! The drop is so much fun.
I LOVE THIS RIDE! you practically float off of your seat after every drop ... its so fun! and i love the way they made that cable snapping sound, it really adds to the mood of the attraction. the only thing that i would change on this ride is a longer drop.
My favorite non-coaster attraction in the US. Immaculate theming, combined with a thrilling drop sequence and an amusing cast of characters make the Tower of Terror the best "themed attraction" Ive ridden.
This ride is great. You would think that it only drops and thats it, but u travel down the hall and hear the story. Great ride, definetely worth a long wait!!
This is an 11! I LOVE IT. It is worth the sometimes 2 hour wait. Dont miss this.
Oh my god is this fun! Its great to see some ride portion to this one besides the drop. Disney outdid themselves on this one. If they had used a theme as fun as Splash Mountain or Pirates of the Carribean Id of given this a ten.
"...this is the dimension of imagination, it is an area in which we call...The Twighlight Zone". As quoted by Rod Serlings opening to the Twighlight Zone, it rings true with WDWs own Twighlight Zone. It IS a new dimension of imagination. No ride, even Spiderman, has a better overall theme then ToT. I great way to show off how far the Imagineers have come. ToT claims the throan of having WDWs best theming. The original King of theming was the Magic Kingdoms Haunted Mansion. The Imagineers took the special efx one step further on ToT. ToT uses trickery and modern technology to create their best efx to date. The drops, though not big compared to normal standards, are in the dark creating a "Terrifying" experience. Also, the drops are faster then gravity and sequence can be changed by simple programming. From the line, to the cast members, to the ride itself, ToT takes theming and ride engineering to another dimension (pun intended). The best attraction in WDW. Period. A materpiece that will be cherished by theme park goers for a very very long time...
Great theming. Great effects. The drops are starting to seem extremely lightweight after riding REAL thrill rides (like the coasters at IOA). Reriding gets a little boring too after having to sit through the whole library scene again. Still, inventive and fun and more exciting than most Disney creations.
Liked the theming, but wouldve preferred one large drop as opposed to the trampolinish feeling of the ride. Also was a little bit disappointed with the special effects; they were overhyped in my case.
