Went in February and got there 45 minutes before the show and had a perfect seat. This was the absolute hi-light of the day. DO NOT MISS THIS! Its fantastic. Id wait a good 3 hours to see it again
Not worth a two hour wait for seats. If you arrive a half hour before the show starts you will get seats that are full-view and fairly close to the giant stage/lake. Plus there is NO pre-show so you wont be entertained. The show is good, but not "Fantastic". I personally liked Sea Worlds show, but for little kids Fantasmic gets the edge. What five year old doesnt dream of seeing Mickey and every other imaginable Disney character on a giant steam boat?
Great show all around. Would normally earn a 10 if it werent for the horribly long waits and for the way they pack you in like sardines. This show is simply not worth a two-hour wait with nothing but a tiny pre-show 30 minutes before showtime. They need to either expand the pre-show, or find some decent reservation system.
Probably the best stage show that I have seen at any park. Certainly the only one that is worth a second visit.
great show...only thing i didnt like is the fact that you have to get there incredibly early and wait a long time if you want to have a seat... other wise your stuck standing as i was.
I have never cared for fireworks/effects shows. The old Illuminations always bored me, and parades never had any effect. Thats why I was less than thrilled when we waited to see Fantasmic in Disneyland. Of course, I was absolutely blown away. And what do the Imagineers do? Manage to improve the show! An absolute must see, as Fantasmic isnt just a show, its an experience.
Best Fireworks Ive Seen At MGM...
Fantasmic! was okay but you have to get there at least 2 to 3 hours before the show & just sit around or you end up standing which is NO FUN!!!
Fantasmic is Fantasic. Very Impressed.
