A boomerang coaster like many others around the country, but Zoomerang usually has minimal lines, goes fast, is well maintained, and has great inversions. The suspense builds as the train is slowly pulled backwards out of the station and up the steep incline. When it lets go and you drop full speed, it hits you with a full suprising force. Fun ride even if it is an "off the shelf" model. With all the recent ride additions at Compounce, Im sure we will see another coaster there in the next few years.

This is one of the rougher boomerangs out there. Avoid it if you can!

Im at a loss to see why everyones bringing the hate on the boomerang coasters. (Its also bewildering why Wildcat, a fine woodie at Lake Compounce, is also getting no love.) Yes, its a clone of a zillion other ones at lotsa other parks. But it delivers a really good opening drop, good speed, a couple nice inversions, then the weird variation of the reverse trip (with only minimal headbanging on this one, Ill add). I never go to a park thinking "I have GOT to ride the boomerang coaster!", the way I did for Boulder Dash at LC, but I always go on em, and theyre always pretty good, if predictable.

ANOTHER Vekoma Boomerang. Parks should be vaccinated against these things. We have a Boomerang epidemic in America.

Yeah I know every park has one but at Lake Compouce this ride works. Zoomerang is also smoother than most boomerangs and the Ride ops were cool.

I enjoy the boomerang coasters and this is a typical ride, but this gets good points because I never have to wait for it. I ride it 5-6 times in a row, within 10 minutes. At SFNE, I had to wait almost two hours for their boomerang.

If you wait in line for more then ten minutes for this ride I want your autograph. Then I can frame it and say Ive met the lamest person in the world. This ride is horrible. You go up, yours ears get hit, you go back, and youre done. Lame city.

This ride seams faster then most of the others I have ridden. The ride seemed thrown in. its in the middle on a field with allot of waisted space behind it. Update: they are taking vary good care of this ride. new wheel makes it very smooth and they turned of the brake making it so it doesnt catch and through you around. the best Boomerang you can find.
