I still prefer the ones at CP and PKI but this one is really good also. CAPACITY-9 Two trains on a shorter track means pretty much no wait. the ops were loading pretty quick also. APPEARANCE-7 Needs more to look at since that is a requirement for me when dealing with mine rides. Not bad though with some nice details on the second lift hill and a good sign when entering the que. RIDE QUALITY-7 The lift hills do ruin the flow, but that is offset by a smooth ride, great helix around a hill and the very fun drop into the tunnel at the end. FUN-9 Good ol fashioned coaster fun. The back seat offers a pretty exciting ride and that final drop is really good in the back. RERIDE-9 Almost no chance I wouldnt do this ride on any return visit to STL. OVERALL-41 AVG-8.2 I will go with the 8 since no way can this be a nine. However it is a very good version of this type coaster and one of the five very good coasters at this underrated park.

Good ride. It also kind of tells a story, but I dont know what it is about. The drop at the end of the ride is scary because it is in PITCH BLACK DARKNESS!!!!

It gets a 10 because it is so fun. I love the three lift hills, turns, and the final drop. I could ride this ride all day. The one at SFOG is just as good. They are almost the same. The one Mine Train I didnt like was at Cedar Point.

wow surprisingly good. Id like to know the names of the good Mine Trains that Topher, coasterkid and ryfry have been on because this one is my favorite. Its wild, tosses you around, gives you a little air, has tight helixes and the best drop of any mine train Ive been on. What other mine train can say these things?

This isnt the best mine train I have riden (SFoT is) but it is faster than I am used to. I liked that part. This mine train is an attempted remake of SFoTs. This mie train did not need three lifts. I did like the lights/train thing during the final dark drop but the drop itself wasnt near as good I had hoped. Ride this if your bored, right after you eat, with small children, or for those of you who are coaster phobic.

Im giving this ride a 9 because this was my first coaster and when I was younger I absolutly loved it. When I was small I remember this ride being so fast and scary lol. The best part is the end when you go in the dark tunnel and go down the drop. This is a great first coaster for the little ones, and something that the whole family can enjoy because its not very intense.

Eh its ok. The finale with the tunnel was pretty cool but thats about it. When they took my picture I had "bored" written all over my face.

The drop at the end was great, and I think this was a great mine ride. It was pretty smooth. The breeze was nice, and the drops were a little intense. I dont think they really needed 3 lifts!
The last drop at the end was great! Nice ride.
But this is still a roller coaster, its no kiddie ride, it is wild!

Overall, this is a very good ride. In the back row you really get some force. Some of the hills and dips could have been a little bit bigger, but overall a really cool ride.
