Log Flume is a log flume ride. It is average speed, it is fun, rerideable, it has a large capacity, and a long duration.
This ride just doesnt do much for me anymore. It isnt a thrill ride, not very well themed, nor does it get you very wet. I go on it because its an old classic as long as the line is short. but perhaps its time to renovate it and include some dark tunnels or more drops?
The Log Flume is a nice family ride and a good way to cool off on a hot day without getting absolutely soaked. Its an average log flume, but as others have mentioned, it is notable for having two channels. The wooded setting also adds to the ride experience. The drop is small by thrill-seekers standards, but most kids tend to love it. I wouldnt ride it if the line was more than 15 minutes, though.
I really enjoyed this flume and was glad I tried it. I always like flumes that stay close to the ground and I really liked the long straightaway. The drop at the end was pretty weak though. I had no line so I will give it one above average.
This log flume is pretty average. I did like the "duel track effect" and on the side I rode on, I LOVED the straight-away. (SFoTs doesnt really have much of a straigh-away) That part of the ride was the best; it felt fast. The drops were very poor though and the only theming was the queue house, how boring. Dont ride unless you have small children, your REALLy hot, or your really bored.
Your basic log flume ride. Fun but not worth a long wait.
Overall, kind of a bore. You can get a little wet, but not much. Pretty long wait also.
The flume is about average. The racing effect is neat and the drop is fun, overall its a good ride.I just dont like standing in line for an hour.
Nice break and a cool off ... but just your basic log flume. Works GREAT in an Amusement Park, but is really dwarfed by the greater thrills that surround in this Thrill Park. A little short overall, and the splashdown was a little anti-climatctic for me.
Sorry guys when I rode it the current was going about 10 m.p.h. sop it was like riding a water slide until the crappy hill.........
