Classic woodie, great air, out of contol feeling the whole way, and good speed make this my #2 wooden coaster.
Really good woodie. Smooth and airtime filled. A lot like other coasters its age in terms of layout. Worth a ride when you are there.
This is the number one coaster on the planet! Just because it isnt the tallest or fastest, that doesnt make it a bad ride. Most of the best rides that Ive been on are not the biggest or fastest. And this is no exception. With an endless supply of hills, and a restraint that never even touches you (unless you stand straight up)!! From start to finish this ride delivers unbelievable airtime. DO NOT miss this ride. Ive seen to many people pass it up because of its size. This is by far the King of Coasters!
What a classic airtime machine! On every hill I was thrust up into the air while laughing histerically. This was one of my favorites at the park. It is rough, but woodies are suppose to be rough, its not like the ride is bone rattling.
Big Dipper sure is a classic! It has so much airtime that its scary. It doesnt seem that intense when you look at it, but when you ride, youll want to grab on to whatever you can. It is rough so if you have second thoughts, its probably better if you take a pass on this one.
This is my favorite ride at Geauga Lake. This is a classic, must- ride coaster. The airtime is simply amazing. I love old coasters that beat you up. BTW, I cant wait to see what its like with the re-tracking done this year.
I really didnt care for this ride, beleive me, Im an airtime maniac, and this gives it but the horrid shaking of the track after about 3 hills made my stomach and my heart hurt really badly. The airtime was great but the ride wasnt.
Decent ride with good air, but little excitement.
I have never riden a roller coaster this old, but it was amazing. I sat in the front and it was so worth the wait. This was just a fascinating old ride. I loved it.
This coaster was actually the highlight of my trip to SFWoA. Great old-style, classic coaster. The lapbar lends itself to tremendous air time, getting literally SHOT out of my seat on almost every drop. Just a killer trip through and through. Strikes me as ironic, yet heart-warmingly nice, that this little coaster old wooden coaster delivered so unbelievably well and the two multi-million dollar steel coasters that I was looking forward to the most, dissapointed so badly (Batman Knight Flight & X-Flight).
