Hmm, folks not bringing the love for this one, huh? Identical (so far as I can tell) to a ride in Maryland and maybe elsewhere... but I still liked it. Pretty good g-force and nice action on some of the loops.

I have to say that Vekoma SLCs are a good choice to ride....if the other rides in the park are broken that is! dont get me wrong, i love a good SLC as much as the next guy...who doesnt know squat about coasters that is! this thing gives me headaches to rival that of a car crash!!! if the line is short somewhere else, dont do a double-take to this ride, you might even live longer!!! ill take an hour and a hlf wait for the front of Superman over a 5 min. wait for the front of this just about anyday!

By this or any other name, it is the same Vekoma SLC clone we deride publicly but enjoy secretly as a guilty pleasure. I think it does everything I want an inverted to do AND I prefer two across seating to the sight-limiting 4 across of B&M. Like Vekomas Boomerang, theyre ubiquitous, but consistent. (One train running: 30 Minute wait)

I have to say skip it. If the line is as long as it usually is, just walk right on by. Its really not worth the jostling around that comes with riding this coaster.

I am not a fan of SLCs. This ride is especially rough. Diespite being only a few years old, it feels and looks like a 10 year old ride. I found myself dreading every inversion, and looking forward to the end of the short ride with great anticipation.

People say so many nasty things about Mind Eraser I sometimes wonder if were talking about the same ride. Yes, I do experience some head banging towards the end of this ride, but no worse than any other "looper". Mind Eraser is VERY intense. As I drop down that first hill Im always amazed at the G forces compressing me into my seat. The overhead track, combined with a layout that twists in and out of itself, creates a claustrophobic feeling which increases the fright factor on this ride. And the twist with in the loop, and the double in-line twist, are GREAT elements. My one complaint is after the double in-line twist, I wish there was one more element instead of the turn around back to the brake station. Overall a great inverted coaster, and just as fun as the over hyped Batman the Dark Knight.

I was liking this ride. since im tall my neck doesnt get bashed around and it was cool since i kept thinking my feet were going to get hit by the supports. also this ride seems a whole lot like Top Gun at PCW. Does Vekoma just make similar rides or are they actually the same ride

It looks awesome and it has a good layout. However, because there is too much head-banging, its not as much fun as most of the rival B&Ms. Whether it is better than SFNEs uninspired B&M Dark Knight is a toss-up however. (Because of the headbanging, Mind Eraser is not a ride you would want to ride too many times in a single day.)

I changed my mind. I had originally rated this a 4. When I went to Six Flags on the 9th I actually enjoyed this ride. I laughed through the whole thing. Yes there was headbanging but I thought it was fun!?!? The front seat is the best. It really feels like your feet are going to hit something.
