this ride is os fun. omg! i had a penny in my hand and it flew up so high i lost it. the ride is so fast and fun i wanted to live on it! i found my penny fall 10 seconds after we got off the ride.

I was forced on this ride and now I cant thank them enough. Its practically my favroite flat ride there. I really liked how when your up there it gives you a fake fall feeling then the real fall. It was a fun ride and I plan to go on it again, But I wish that they had a seatbelt that goes across you like viper. I would feel more safe. But still an awsome ride

not Giant enough, but still provides the expected air. Extremely well themed for a ride of this type brings my rating from a 7 to an 8.

APPEARANCE-10 Whoever says you cant theme these has not seen the Giant Drop. Has a nice entrance, neat loading station and a fake cavern you walk through. It also fits in flawlessly with the Santa Fe area. CAPACITY-8 24 people at a time is pretty good and they count off well. RIDE QUALITY-8 I like how as you go up the car travels at a couple different speeds. The drop is also very smooth. a taller tower would be nice. FUN-8 I still feel fear on these so Im not sure how fun it is, but it is also one of the only rides that can make me nervous. RERIDE-6 With a pretty short line I would definately go again. It is a nice ride that packs a pretty good wallop. OVERALL-40 AVG-8.0 This ride was much better then I thought it would be and I am surprised it took me that long to give it a try.

Its a drop ride, but the question of how long you will be at the top makes it better.

Ive gone on this ride many times and it still scares me standing in line before going on it. Its pretty high up and when it stops at the top you never know when its gonna drop. In certain seats you can even see the Sears Tower which I thought was pretty cool!

This was really good. I was a little freaked since I am not a huge fan of the drop rides, but that wouldnt stop me. You get a great ciew of the park, and the drop is insane.

Its a classic. Thats why they still build these, "arndtb". Its very breathtaking and an amazing experience.

Giant Drop is a great Free Fall ride with some good airtime. It goes up to the top of the tower very quickly! It gives a good view of the park. The only disadvantage of Giant Drop is that most of the line is behind the scenery so you cant really see how long you will wait. The best time to ride is first thing in the morning or at night. Giant Drop holds 4 riders across per cabin.

Not worth longer than a 30 minute wait.
