The only negative I can think of is that it takes forever to walk the exit. A cut through to get back in line for those rare times that the line isnot too long would be great. Sometimes you get a huge station log jam due to the openness of it. Other than that, the ride is great.

Viper is just one of those coasters that never gets old. So much fun and a completely differnt experience in the back then the front. The front offers a pretty smooth ride..but the back offers insane airtime espically on that first drop..crazy!! Definantly my favorite wood coaster ever, which proves that bigger is not always better. And a bonus of this coaster is its a woodie and it wont make you feel like you broke your spine..kinda rare. If youre at SFGA dont miss this one!!!

An excellent ride, one of my favorite woodies. Didnt bounce my head around as much as others, which is much appreciated. The twists and turns are great. The ride is completely different at night. You cant see the twists and turns in front of you, which makes it even more fun.

At first I said I did not want to ride it and it was boring. Boy was I wrong. It has amazing air time and it is very enjoyable even at 50 mph. It feels faster. Make sure you press the restraint all the way down cause you fly around as a result of the ride. It is very good but not elite. It gets a 9.

Its a tough call for me as to whether Viper of American Eagle is my favorite woodie at SFGAm. They are completely different rides, one being a twister and the other an out-and-back, but nevertheless, Viper is a great wooden coaster that provides some fantastic air, a lot of close clearances within the structure, and some great laterals on the turns. There is very little bad I can say about this coaster, it runs through its course completely unchecked from any brakes, which is always nice, and the coaster just generally provides consistent, quality rides. Definitely not one to be passed up when at the park, especially since the line is rarely very long.

A very strong wooden coaster. Good cyclone layout with some modifications, and those modifications lead to some great air. The double dip after the second turnaround hurl you against your lap bar, as do the rabbit hops after it. This one will throw you around a bit, but is also remarkably smooth as it goes through the turnarounds. On a good day this thing can really rip, although you are going to get a few disappointing rides if you go to the park enough. And even despite these not-so-spectacular runs, the good ones will keep you coming back, and thinking this may be better than Raging Bull. First row, last car is usually the best for air, and the first drop is sweet. You really feel some separation from the seat before jamming back to the right a bit and descending. One of my top 5-10.

In the front and back offer great air, and the turns are pretty intense, gotta love the twister part, and the double down, but there was something controlled about this woody. It just didnt have the spunk or fury of some CCI and GCIs, but it still a strong ride.

this is a really awsome wooden coaster! THE AIR TIME IS GREAT and theres alot of great drops and turns. The station can get very crowded quickly, making it hard to find a row. Try riding this early in the morning to get the most speed and the shortest wait.
