Times ridden: 1 ~ Ride experience: 7 ~ Layout: 6 ~ Thrill factor: low->medium ~ Landscaping: 5 ~ Reride factor: medium ~ Evaluation: There isnt really much to say about Cyclops, other than its fantastic drop. Besides that, its a pretty tame wooden coaster that doesnt feature anything unusual to set it apart from other coasters in the same category.

I cant rate it higher than an 8 because although it has 3 incredible moments of airtime, it is not a great overall ride. Granted one of the air moments is the single most violent/scariest moment I have experienced on a coaster. The seat belts really dont stay flush against your body and I was launched into the air about 8-10 inches and my big ol butt hit the seat divider on the way back down into the seat.

I used to think Zeus was hands down the best coaster at the park. However, I had made that assumption before riding Cyclops. While I will not say Cyclops is outright better, it is most definately in competition with Zeus. The ride is incredibly fast and has some thrilling hills for such a small ride. You can even get unbelievable airtime with the tiny restraints. Seriously, this ride is under the radar but do not make the mistake I made of passing it over. In fact, I liked this ride so much, that I would take it over quite a few major coasters at a Six Flags park!

Kind of short, but has the best middle section on any coaster. You have a fair amount of speed going into a HUGE drop right in the middle. When it is all over (for new riders) they get incredibly scared whe nyou go back through the station and do the circuit again!

MUST ride in the back seat! GREAT RIDE!!! EVERY hill works in the back!! On a side note I am the only one who put Hades as a #1 ride because I am convinced that it will be a #1 ride. I will definately ride it next year and if I am wrong Ill readjust my top 10!

Good solid wooden coaster with lots of funand excitement! Love the shots of airtime, and they can be extreme, and the laterals keep you moving. A little on the short side, but definitely a coaster well worth the trip. One of thoe fun & surprising CCIs.

What an excellent woodie! There is nothing better than a good suprise and this romping ride delivers. A great CCI Woodie by all accounts!

Short. Very short. But they let you go around twice. Its a CCI so its graceful and fun. Tip... If you sit in the very back seat and you dont tie yourself in to much.. youll be in for one of the biggest suprises youve ever had on a coaster when being pulled over the final and largest drop. Life threating is the only way to describe it. A must ride.
