Ride this and you will experience a PERFECT double out and back coaster. I do not believe their is a coaster in existence that is more fun or that offers more air-time (The Comet at the Great Escape included). This ride is run with an efficiency that should be studied by other parks. There always seems to be a line, yet never seems to be a wait. This coaster is a testament to the value of saving coasters by the old masters. Relocated, Rebuilt, and Meticulously Maintained, you understand why Mr. Knoebel is one of the most respected park owners in America. You have to love him for bringing this baby back to life! (Two Trains 10 minute wait)

On a fun factor level, This coaster is GREAT. It has the best of nothing. It starts kinda slow but gets better and better till the final out of your seat more than your in it ending
Knoebels did a great job of finding and resurecting the former Rocket Coaster to become the Reborn Phoenix!

Best wooden coaster ive been on. I love the really loose restraints so you can fly out of your seat into the lap bar. I love this coaster!

The Phoenix is by far the best woodie Ive ever ridden. The airtime is AMAZING. Overall, the track isnt the longest, but the airtime makes up for it. It could have used a helix at the end. The tunnel before the lift hill is a nice touch. I think they need to rebuild the station, though because it isnt in the best of shape. Fun, a great value, and you dont have to wait in long lines at any ride at Knoebels. I love this park!

Very smooth and great airtime. It defintely shows how a classic can still be great. One suggestion though: a dip in the tunnel at the beginning would have been cool since it is totally dark, but I know they preserved the original ride.

This is the ultimate airtime machine. It may not be the biggest, or the fastest, but it will keep you out of your seat for most of the ride, particularly in the second half. It also has some great head choppers, and the tunnel is fanominal, it is not just dark, it is the cant see your hand in front of your face type of dark. This is a ride every coaster lover most ride, it blows the mind what this little coaster can do. And Knoebels keeps it in tip-top shape, running six seater PTCs on it flawlessly.

It is amazing that they actually moved this thing all the way from Texas.

And my suggestion, ride it at night, in the rain, and in the last car, middle seat, and you will reach coaster nirvana.

This coaster is amazing. Fantastic air-time, great speed; it has all the elements of a classic, top-rated woodie. Cant get enough of it :-D

A wonderful wooden roller coaster- probrably the best next to the twister at knoebels. I love the airtime on the bunny hops too--the coaster was uniquely designed and satisfies the thrill needs for all wooden coaster lovers.
