A very nice wooden twister with great drops and some airtime. It reaches a height of 82ft and top speed of 56mph. Overall its a nice ride.

What a great roller coaster! The Wild Beast was one of the first major wooden roller coasters I ever rode, and to this day is my 2nd favorite wooden coaster! The ride starts out with a somewhat slanted first drop of 85 ft and then into a large turnaround. From then on its a whole mess of bunny hops and negative g-forces until the ride is over. Its an unbelievable coaster loaded with airtime. A must ride at Paramounts Wonderland!!!

An excellent ride. Best at park. Could use some theming, but an excellent ride nonetheless. Keeps its speed till the end, and has the loud, rough, out of control feeling Ive come to love.

An okay, kick your *ss, wooden coaster. Really needs to be kept up better. I had fun, but it had no airtime and the ride was awfulyl painful. While I like coasters that kick your butt, there needs to be a reason. THE BEAST is a wild ride through the woods, LoCoSuMo is an out-of-control mine ride ... but this is just a a basic wooden coaster being painful but not taking it to a fun level. Definitely worth a ride, but not near as strong as it could/should be.

My first coaster ever, great airtime, and not too rough.

not the greatest coaster but alot of fun, its hard to believe its about 20 years old..it reminds me of the minebuster but its a bit smaller and shorter...dont get me wrong this is not a kid ride. it has a good first hill(about 80 feet) and pretty good speed at about 56 miles per hour sitting at the front has gotta be the best cuz u get a full view of everything and the air time is best there. it has lots of hills to go over that are fun. some people complain about being to ruff id say its pretty smooth ride. i guess it depends on where ur sitting ive only been on this ride about 3 times, the front is the best! ..each time ive waited 20-30 minutes so its not an extremely long line up. its on my top 5 list for best coasters in the park!!
