I feel that this is an OK ride. There is really nothing to get excited about and I was a bit disappointed. It wasnt really as fun as others that I have been on. If you want a good tower ride, go to the Stratosphere or Cedar Point. If you are in Florida, Tower of Terror is WAY better than this. It has really good theming though.

This was and still is my only launched tower ride that I have been on so an accurate rating and critique are not possible, BUT I really did enjoy the ride. I thought the story line was neat and the themeing from the outside of the building was awesome! The ride was too short both in ride time and height. And definitely did not have enough speed. And its name is Fear FALL, I would have thought you would actually do more falling than defying gravity! But over all a great ride, and a nice view if you are facing the IOA lake.

This was an okay ride. It wasnt that special but the lines were really short, otherwise it wouldnt have been worth waiting for. Skip Disneydump, go to Universal instead!

THIS SCARED THE CRAP OUT OF ME. I AM NOT A SUCKER FOR RIDES THAT ONLY INVOLVE AIRTIME. DONT GET ME WRONG, I LOVE AIRTIME, BUT NOT THAT MUCH OF IT. LIKE THE HULKS DROP AFTER THE BRAKE RUN OR THE DRAGONS FIRST NEAR MISS {IF YOU HAVE ANY CLUE WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT} THOSE ARE FUN. BUT DDFF FORCES ME A BIT TO MUCH. BUT THEN AGAIN IVE BEEN TOLD THAT IT HAS THIS EFFECT ON ME BECAUSE OF MY SIZE AND SHAPE. IM A LITTLE TALL. IVE HEARD ALL THE NAMES IN THE BOOK, WUSS & CHICKEN, AND THOSE ARE JUST THE TONED DOWN VERSION OF WHAT IVE BEEN CALLED, BUT IT DOESNT EFFECT ME. I JUST TAKE IT. IF YOU ARE WONDERING I HAVE RODE IT THREE TIMES ALREADY AND THE SAME THING HAPPENS EVERYTIME. I DONT PLAN ON RIDING IT AGAIN, BUT THEN AGAIN I DIDNT PLAN ON RIDING IT A SECOND AND ESPECIALLY NOT A THIRD TIME EITHER. BUT I GOT TRICKED INTO IT. ILL JUST HAVE TO SEE WHAT HAPPENS.I GOTTA GIVE ISLANDS IT PROPS FOR THEMING A RIDE LIKE THAT AS WELL AS THEY DID THOUGH. THEY HAD A CHALLLENGING TASK TO OVERCOME AND THEY DID IT WELL CONSIDERING WHAT THEY HAD TO DEAL WITH. I MEAN WHAT ELSE COULD THEY HAVE DONE. PUT A TV SCREEN IN FRONT OF YOU THE WHOLE TIME YOU WERE RIDING. YOU MOST LIKELY WERENT GONNA BE ABLE TO PAY ANY ATTENTION TO IT ANYWAYS. YOU ARE GONNA HAVE TO SEE WHAT YOU THINK ABOUT THE RIDE YOURSELF. JUST PRAY BEFORE YOU GO ON. TRUST ME YOULL MOST LIKELY NEED IT.

I got off and said to a guy I didnt even know, "Thats it?! Thats all we get?!" He agreed. You get a lame narration then shot up to the height of what seems like your grandmas roof and the view is terrible! Go to Kennywood Park in Pittsburgh for a good drop and a great view, go to Cedar Point if you want shot up like a champ with an outstanding view...Dont go here for either of those things.

This is actually a pretty good ride, providing that the lines arent long. Its not very themed but this is hard for some rides. What are they going to do, talk to you while your blasting upwards?!?!? If there is a long wait of if you are looking for an intricately themed ride, dont choose this.

I really liked it but i also see what some of the complaints are about. The ride is definately too short considering the wait time, but you also know tower rides are going to be short so thats just part of it. Single riders line definately helps.

The ride had a cool theme to it, especially since it is one of them few based on a villan, the launch was a cool feeling too. It was the first of its kind I have been on, but it could have been more fun if one of the towers were launched down.

There are better versions out there. It goes without saying that the que and theming are top notch.

OK, I know alot of people are down on this ride so let me explane why I gave it a ten before you bash me for it. First off, Many people complained about the line being so long and the ride being so short, but when I rode, the line was shorter than the ride!! This made re-rides very easy. Second, this is the only tower ride Ive ever been on (BGT needs to get with S&S on a combo tower) so I have nothing to compare it with. Third, Im afraid of heights, so the rush that I got from this ride was incredible (being that it was still really thrilling to me after the initial launch).

Finally, and most importantly: I love airtime!!! The forcfullness of the airtime at the top of the tower on this ride was insane. plus, it had a great theme "Doom bots, ignore warning signs and set for maximum extraction!!!"
