The haunted mansion is one of my favortie disneyrides. The themeing is great throughout the whole ride. You can feel the cold air that gives you chills and the music is also great.

How could ANYONE not love this one. The anticipation walking to the entrance is fun, but when the door opens and you are greeted...well, its great fun. You walk and ride this one with 100s of friendly ghosts.

This has to be the best haunted house ever very well done.It is very enjoyable. Its not scary its more of a fun mistireous ride I love it so much.Another Disney classic.

Haunted mansion may be a disney classic, but I think it may need a facelift. The animatronics are not very realistic and special effects are outdated. I wouldnt say Im a huge fan of this ride. However I do really like that last special effect when you see the ghost in the mirror. That one always gets me.

Another classic Disneyland experience, this one tops even the Pirates of the Caribbean and the Jungle Cruise, both of which I love as well. This is quite possibly the most elaborate dark ride in the world, which begins with an excellent pre-show walk-through that will never get old (who does not love the stretching room and the statues that follow your every move?). The ride itself is in turn so full of special effects that I probably still have not seen them all (and I have been on this a countless number of times). The whole purpose of the ride is to entertain and make you laugh rather than truly scare you, as you travel in your Doom Buggies throughout the various rooms of the Mansion and then out into the graveyard. The final hitchhiking ghost mirror effect is always a favorite. For the past several years, I have tended to visit Disneyland during the winter holidays, so I get to ride this one during its retheming as The Nightmare Before Christmas (which I like, but it is not as good as the non-holiday version). I recently went again during the summer, and was surprised by some of the updates that the normal Haunted Mansion has received within the past few years. Most notably, the crystal ball of Madame Leota now floats around the room, and the attic scene has become quite a bit more creepy. A must!

another disney classic. No other park can top a ride like this. An original peice of art. Great even during the holiday season, was impressed when the mansion was re themed to nightmare before christmas movie.

Its not really supposed to be scary... Its just VERY well done effects, theming, etc. Another Disney classic. Love it!

Classic ride that is hands-down the best dark ride! Everyone will love this fun loving ride. Great theming and storyline. Dont miss!

The ride is ok, but it needs to get refurbished. It is scary for kids, but not if your older than 8 years old. The line can get long, too. The good thing is that the ride is pretty long, and the effects make it good enough for at least one ride per stay at disneyland.
