Ive read some history about this attraction. Honestly though, its not very well done and is definitely showing its age. The animatronics are severely outdated...
This crap needs bulldozing. The characters are rigid emotionless mannequins singing a selection of dull country songs with virtually no comedy or redeeming features along the way. This has to rate as the most outdated of all MK attractions - even worse than the hoplessly 70s Its a Small World (which needs an update very soon!). I found it embarrassing to watch, as it seems did the other sullen faces that departed at the end of the performance. Its been around for ages so there are bound to be a few that would object to its loss but come on, its 2001! Entertain us for our money! Bring in some motion, some character and some laughs - please!!
The only reason why this attraction was built was Walt Disney thought the sketches of it were funny. Two days after he saw the sketches he died. It was said to be the last time Walt laughed. Kind of like a monument for Walt Disney, but if you dont know the emotional side of this ride it isnt worth your time.
Cute. Nothing more, nothing less. Being indoors is probably the best thing about it.
Could you please invent negative points?? Okay if you are under three - I really wanted to leave - the effects were okay - but I mean singing bears - really!!
i didnt care any for this ride.
I thought this was a really fun little show. Corny, but fun. I espcially loved the racoon poking its head out of one of the hats.
I agree. This could be so much better. It has potentially very fun characters and a very nice theater. I felt the show itself was boring and didnt live up to the
nostalgia I had from enjoying it many years before. Some of the bears movement doesnt live up to the disney expectation of animatronics, at times I felt it was slightly above Chucky Cheeses pizza shows.
Sorry bears...poor, poor, poor
