Dueling Dragons is one of the most unique, and certainly the best-themed ride in the world. IOA hit it just right with the dungeon-like castle, the forest, the track appearance, and everything. The castle was phenomenally done, and the room where you "choose your fate" is cool. If you listen carefully they have noises like a dragon breathing. The tracks look cool too, as they twist in and out of each other over the lake. Just brilliantly designed and executed appearance and theming. Dueling Dragons is also an ADRENALINE MACHINE. The dueling elements are cool. The coolest part of the duel is when you pull out of the station and see your "opponent" for the first time. The coastes were good. The thing is, if you took away the theming and the dueling aspect itd be just another good inverter. As for Ice, I liked Fire a little bit better. People tend to pick Fire strongly - I dont think the difference is that great, but Fire is faster and the two immelmans are better than Ices cobra roll. The theming and everything is enough to earn a 9.

BACK SEAT TO MONTU AT BG TAMPA!

The dueling element on both coasters is fantastic! The themeing of the que castle is UNBELIEVABLE! The coaster itself? Not bad at all, but not superior. Id much prefer Raptor or any of the BATMAN clones. The rides seemed short and not much substance between the inversions and/or the 3 dueling scenes. Id rank ICE as my favorite of the two ... the 1st dueling element is much more effective here, and the ride feels a bit more intense. BIGGEST BEEF: There is absolutely NO themeing once out of the castle/cave. Cmon! Spend the extra $100 and give me a village to pillage or at least some trees to soar above. Concrete and fake green wall equal lame excuses for themeing.

Really fun, best thing here, I didnt get to go on fire though. My favorite part was when the 2 trains pass each other and our legs look like they are going to hit the other trains legs. The themeing on lne was amazing. 10 min wait, 6 minsutes was just walking through all the themed rooms, the line was very short.

Ice is not *quite* as good as Fire, but it still is an awsome ride! The collisions on both the coasters are great, but the inverted collision during Ices heartline roll is one of the most suprizing.

Better than fire. It has the elements fire was missing, and still has theming (even more). Only problem is it is a little rough.

Not as fun as fire but pretty close. My first major coaster so that gives it a plus. The cobra roll is really fun because it looked like you were going to hit the castle if you were in the front row. Also, It had a really nice flat section before the dueling loop.

Two side-by-side tracks with several near-collisions make for a unique experience, but otherwise would take a back seat to Montu (BG)
and even Raptor (CP). If your group decides to
split and try to ride the dueling trains at the
same time, good luck.

its not as good as fire but i still fun and and the castile has great theming.

GREAT STEAL COASTER. GREAT THEMEING AND GREAT RIDE. A MUST DO.

This was my first inverted coaster. I loved it. Ice was probably my favorite verses Fire. The near miss to the castle and pleasurable speed is great. Fire has a little more speed and a little more of a kick, but neither coaster would be any good without the other.
