I liked Ice better, Im a sucker for the zero-g roll. I would probably only rate this a 7 if it wasnt for the fabulous theming and the dueling action. The dueling action does make the wait for the front worth it even though the ride in the back is better. The back can be rough though. Luckily the last time I rode, I decided not to use the Express Pass since there was no line anyway. The extra 5-10 minutes it took to walk through the castle was certainly worth it.
Surprisingly good, the "dueling" feature really works, particularly if you sit near the back. Fire is slightly better than ice.
A really good roller coaster. This side is not as good s Fire, but its close. This ride is definatly better than the Batman rides at the Six Flags parks. This ride could just use faster loading, a singles line and a third car.
A lot of people think the fire is better but I`ve been on both and I like this one better. They`re both really fun but this one is just...better.the ice has great inversions too.
dude this is the best dueling coaster ive ever been on this is better than montu and kumba at busch gardens tampa if u ride the dueling dragons be prepared 4 the ride of your life.choose your fate fire or ice
I liked this coaster gave me a good adrenilin rush. I took the big seat and my bf who is bigger then me took two attendents to smoosh him in the seat Fire was ready and started off went but what was nice was waiting for ice to catch up to it and then off they went togeather. walked right on to the ride. Nice short line but felt like we got lost going tho the loading point.
My Favorite B&M ride by far! Its just like two alpingiests intertwined! Very fun and you almost get a sense of competitiveness with the other coaster! Great theme! Short Lines! The only real difference than the fire is about a 15 foot difference in drop!
Not qite as good as fire, but still a great roller coaster.
Its a cool inverted coaster. I think that Talon at Dorney is better than both of these coasters but still, very good ride. The dueling effects were the best part Id say. A great part was when the two trains rush at each other when entering the loop, and of course looking down and seeing all kind of shoes fly by. Other than the dueling parts it still held its own as a good invert with lots of speed and variation in elements.
THIS IS MY 3000TH POST!!! yay! party! lol
Not the best B&M inverters ever, but still a good ride. However, when I visited in the off-season of 2003 this ride was a bit of a mess. One dragon wouldnt open until about noon and would also close early. Annoying. But not as annoying as the fact that there was only one train operation on each dragon, which meant a very long wait even with a small line. And whos idea was it to make the queue so long?! Looked good though.
