Joe so doesnt give this ride the credit it deserves. APPEARANCE-3 It is ugly. No theming and pretty much mud under the tracks. CAPACITY-8 Two trains on a Sunday night, for a short coaster. RIDE QUALITY-7 Ran very smooth and as Joe said with almost no braking. Airtime on several bunny hills and even a touch on the drop. FUN-8 As the first coaster of the season, much fun was had. Much better then I though and as this is my second version of this ride I am starting to believe this is my favorite of the portable rides. RERIDE-4 Not a big chance I would be back here, but at only 3.00 a ride I would definately ride again with someone looking for their credit. OVERALL-30 Avg-6.0 A fun little coaster at an above average FEC as it has several adult size rides. They also have a ton of land around them and some very unique buildings, I would love to learn more of the history on this place.
Prestigious credit #324. The main reason to visit Dixieland was to ride this one, and it was actually fairly good. I imagine it came off the fair circuit, and it ran quite well with limited breaking. They even ran two trains! Very abrupt movement produced a fun little ride at this FEC, which -as a whole- was, uh, interesting. Its not too far off of 75 so if you are driving through Atlanta on your way to Florida, it may be worth a stop to you if you like riding coasters with kids half your size and a third your age.
