This is the best ride of its kind in the US. The compact nature of the room adds immensely to the effect. The props in the room are fine for what the ride is.

The Wonder House is a very compact and old haunted swing ride located towards the back left side of Dutch Wonderland. Surrounded by trees, this tiny ride is housed within an old white building with a sky blue trim. Despite how its a classic, I really didnt enjoy the Wonder House very much. Always a walk-on because of low ridership, the Wonder House has a very low capacity. There are 2 benches in the Wonder House to ride on each seating a few guests. Because the rocking motion is very gentle, there are no restraints. Once the Wonder House begins, your bench rocks very slowly and gently while the building your in spins giving the illusion youre going upside down. However, the effect did nothing for me and I found the ride to be very boring. Inside the Wonder House was almost no theming, just one chair that rotates with the building. You do get a long ride cycle on this boring ride. Making the Wonder House worse is that many children who ride it get frightened by the effect, therefore causing Dutch Wonderland to continually stop the ride to get them off. Overall, a boring haunted swing with almost no theming. I recommend this ride only to those who enjoy haunted swing rides and dont get motion sickness.
