Incredible round-up. This one was run quite fast with very strong Gs, but best of all was the amazingly long cycle which seemed to go on forever.

My thoughts on the Genie are mixed a bit. A standard Round-up ride yet truly special though. The ride had a nice colorful paintjob and looked to be fun. It was very good at doing what Hrubetz designed it to do: spin you, make you dizzy and bring you to the precipice of regurgitation. Well, it did all three for me. The biggest thing about this ride was its incredible ride cycle, which was Knoebels-like. The cycle was more than five minutes long. You got dizzy.. and then you still had three minutes to go. It was a fun ride but ended up leaving me a bit queasy and that hardly ever happens. The ride could have been an 8 or a 9 had it been a minute or two shorter, and therefore more bearable (I would have left the ride with a smile and not a frown). Ride it if you can handle a good spin, but its probabl not a good idea to check out the new food court right before riding.
