I am a huge fan of haunted attractions. This is a great ride. All of the effects are so cool, and if you take the time to look them over you can get a good idea of how they are done. It is very heavily themed and the interior queue is awesome. The line does get long, but that just shows you it is an awesome ride.
This was a great ride for sure, and can aactualy amount to the one in Disneyland.:uhoh:
Its an alright haunted house... if you can call it that. It had no scare factor, and it sort of had no reride value. The reasson I am giving it a 1o is because of its inevitablely AWESOME THEMEING! It had to be one of the best themed rides in the Magic Kingdom! But hey, what can you expect from disney?
OK. Not scary, but the part with the hitchiking ghosts was pretty cool, even though I might be saying it just because it broke down during that part for about 10 minutes. I noticed there were "hidden" Mickeys all around.
This ride is not scary at all. I understand that Disney has to cater to the family audience, but they could at least make it somewhat frightening. The only thing I thought was cool were the "hidden Mickeys" that you could find in some of the scenes.
Sorry. Not worth the wait. Charming, but not remotely frightening. Only go if you have little kids with you.
Detail, detail, detail!! Disney classic! I LOVE THIS RIDE and have ridden it more times than I can count. I advise anyone to go to some of the Haunted Mansion fan sites to get a feel for all of the detail of this ride. Not to mention its entertaining and fun!
I enjoy it but i prefer the one at knoebels. I guess my fun factor is lacking on this one. My word of advice dont ride when there is a line. The way they cattle herd this ride can ruin your day.
A clever, funny, imaginative ride. The ghosts look great and the soundtrack is memoarable. The dining room scene is perhaps one of the greatest parts of any Disney ride. Theres a few niggles: for some reason you dont enter the Mansion through the front door, and some extra paintings that are in the Disneyland version are missing. But overall this is a classic ride the whole family can enjoy.
This ride a bit dated, but still very enjoyable.
