Alot of work and time went into making this ride back in the day, that much is certain. Although not a particulary scary "dark ride" (except for that one part with the bride with the beating heart... that just creeps me out and has ever since I was a child), like all of the other Disney attractions its real strong point is its charm and length. Disney rides really do give you a satsifying experience for the wait in line.

My all time favourite Disney ride, although I do wish they would throw in a few new features and maybe some surprises along the way. Its an old ride and should evolve. Great ghostly special effects and a great soundtrack too. Not at all scary so the kids love it.

This one goes down with the greats. Unfortunately, its somehow not as great as I remembered it in California. I hate saying this about disney classics but maybe the effects need to be updated.

Even though this is a haunted house, it does not contain any startling moments. However, it does house some of the best special efx this side of the Tower of Terror. Even though HM is years and years old, you will rarely see a ride with better efx. It has great pre-ride theming and has so many different things going on at once, youll surely have to ride it multiple times to take everything in. If you havent checked it out yet, youre missing out. A Disney Masterpiece. (Hint:A hidden Mickey is located on the big dinner table. Can you find it?)

From what I have heard, the Paris version of this ride kicks the American versions butts!!! It is allegedly far more high-tech than this. I loved this ride as a kid, but little of it makes me care anymore. The building is nowhere near as spooky-looking as Disneylands is. Still, it is a fun little diversion in a park too full of kiddie rides.

this ride is definatly full of effects. i remember it scared the crap out of me when i was about 10, and it still keeps its same spooky vibe. great theming as well

Another Disney Classic. The intro to the ride is great, as are the effects during the ride. Do not miss it.

A Disney Classic...

A classic in all terms. The ending is a little creepy, but not scary.
