Incedibly realistic. Its a beautiful, thrilling ride. Its also not something you will get motion sickness on. Just a beautiful ride. The line moves descently. Make sure you get the fastpass quickly because they do sell out. But if you miss the fastpass, still wait. Its worth it!

When I was there in October we got a fastpass so I have no idea how long the real line was or why anyone would wait for the real line when a fastpass is just so easy to get. The ride experience to me was absolutely amazing and should definately be the wave of the future for these movie type rides. The seats were very comfortable, the movements went with the screen flawlessly and the smells were a great detail. Overall just an amazing ride and if possible it made my favorite park even better.

It was ok, but after the wait i thought it was pretty boring. I was on the back row but that shouldnt matter. Next time i will try to sit at the front but i have been on this both in Florida and California and both have nearly put me to sleep.

An excellent attraction. The soaring effect works well. The picture resolution seemed a bit below IMAX level but I might be mistaken about that.

I was really impressed by this one. I loved it. It definatly feels REAL. The scents that go along with it are a great detail and the song is perfect for the film and experience.

This is probably the one of the most successful ride that Disney created simply becasue everyone could enjoy it, even with faint of heart. However there are flaws of this ride. One is the seat problem. I think everyone would agree there is a significant differences of riding experience between seat in the front (up) or not. The second problem is that they might want to add more theaters to faster the loading pace. The line for soarin is usually over an hour and half and some time could reach over 2 hours in the peak season. For me, this is a good ride but not worth 2 hours wait.

let me start by saying this has been one of the best simulators i have ever been on and i got front row so i was up the highest. The movie went all over California and it was so much fun.

This is a great ride and one that should appeal to all ages, except for pre-schoolers. It really simulated the feeling that you are hang gliding over California. The only people that may want to skip this one are those with an intense fear of heights.

Its pretty fun espcially the sound track (music). However the line at is just HORRIBLY TERRIBLE!!!! Why? I dont know....maybe because Epcot is so boring that people got nothing to do excepct 2 or 3 rides in the future world.

Let me start by saying that I love Soarin. I love the feeling it creates, the inspirational music, and the breathtaking scenery. The original orchestral score is one of the best Disney has ever created for a ride. When viewed in the right seat, this ride is a 10 easily. However, there is one major flaw inherent in the design...the last row gets screwed. If you have never ridden rows A or B of Soarin (any side), then you really havent ridden Soarin...or at least not at its full potential. When in the back row (C) side 1 or 3, the ride is almost completely neutered. You are treated to a curved edge of the screen at the bottom, having to look up at the screen with feet dangling in front of you from the higher rows. When ridden in the front row (A), you are blessed with a screen so wide and tall that it envelops you in the full experience. Here is a tip: The two times I rode it, they asked for parties of 2 when we got up close to the ride. Do NOT volunteer, because you will definitely get the shaft in the last row. They fill up the front rows first, and try to fill the theater up with a "lucky" pair of riders that get to skip ahead in line. I fell for it hook, line, and sinker the first time...trying to get on the ride as fast as possible, as anyone would. They tried to do it again on my second time through asking how many were in my group, but I pleaded with him to allow me in the next showing to ensure a top row ride...it was WELL worth it. Soarin in the front row is amazing!
