maXair is a great ride. The best flat ride easily at Cedar Point. The spinning does NOT make you dizzy it actually feels great. The ride is a lot longer than Skyhawk which adds to the experience and with great capacity (50 people at a time) this ride flat out owns.

I could ride this thing all day long and i would if there were not other world class rides in the park.

This is my favorite non-roller coaster ride! This ride was fun, intense, and the thrill was amazing. I was lauging the whole time. When you are sideways and you see the other rides in the distance sideways it looks/feels weird. This had a pretty long cycle. The line also moved quickly. It was backed up outside of the entrance and we waited for 15 min.

MaXair is without a doubt one of the best flat rides I have ridden! It is a ride that, above all else, is complete and utter FUN. Sitting on the newly redesigned games midway near the front of the park, MaXair is an imposing flat ride, as its structure towers over the ground. The color scheme, filled with deep blue, orange, red, and yellow hues, is vibrant and looks magnificent! The line moves very quickly, as this flat is a definite people-eater, which is a big plus. From the ground, the ride admittedly looks rather intense, but I would suggest that you not let that deter you, as MaXair is disorienting, but not overly intense. This was the first Giant Frisbee, as these are dubbed, that I had ridden, and I am honestly surprised that more parks dont invest in these things. The main ring, where the guests are seated, slowly rotates, all while the main arm swings back and forth, getting higher and higher. And we are talking ridiculously high for a flat ride - in the neighborhood of 140 feet or so! The result is a wildly enjoyable ride that will have you smiling and laughing in no time! The speed is great on this as well, and the highlights are those maximum swings past 90 degrees in the air. During these swings, there are copious amounts of airtime for all to enjoy! Add to it the fact that you are slowly rotating, and you get to one of the best traits this ride has to offer - no two rides are exactly the same, a characteristic that is truly quite rare on a flat ride. It should also be noted that the ride cycle on MaXair is quite long, and you get to really savor the experience. One of the parks other massive flats, Skyhawk, should have taken a page from MaXair in that department. I overall found MaXair to be a spectacular addition to the Points arsenal, and easily their best flat ride, in my humble opinion. The ride is a sensory delight, and worth several spins during a trip to Cedar Point. Truly an outstanding ride, and simply a must-ride for anyone wanting to experience a dynamic thrill ride without shooting their lunch across the midway!

I didnt find this particular version of this ride had a lot of airtime. It was a fairly mild relaxing sightseeing ride. I often find the outward facing pendulums to be this way. I generally prefer the inward facing versions because they are usually more intense.

Although this is very good flat ride, it is not as good as I had expected it to be. The height is impressive and the ride looks great. The seats are comfortable and it is a fast loader. However, it spins slower than the standard-sized Huss Frisbee (e.g., Tomahawk at Six Flags New England) which makes the ride less intense (and in my mind less fun) than I expected.

Definitely one of my favorite flats Ive ever ridden. This was my first Giant Frisbee, and needless to say, my experience on this beast was mind-blowing. The forces that are exerted on your body at the bottom of each swing are nothing short of spectacular, and the airtime at the apex of the swing is pure glory. A friend I rode this with used the word "blissful" to describe maXair, and I have to agree with him

My first disc ride, and its a blast. The ride swings very high into the air, and the spinning only makes it better. This can be very disorienting for many. Theres also plenty of air at the peaks, a main feature. The ride time is decent enough, so its very easy to N joy. Several say that this ride lacks intensity, but I still think it didnt lack it enough for me to lower the rating. Ride was new just last year, so the lines can be fairly long at numerous hours. I say it was wurth it!! U dont wanna miss this.

Great ride, gives great feeling of gs, positive at the bottom, and negetive at the top. Lots of fun. For some reason it seems smaller than Delerium at PKI, but maybe thats because it has Millienium, Magnum, Dragster, and Wicked Twister surronding it.
