An S&S turbo drop, and a huge one at that, Supreme Scream is a must-ride at Knotts. A slow climb up a 250-foot tower, stopping for a few seconds at the top, then great airtime as you fall all that way back down. Need I say more?
How can a 252 foot drop not be fun? Of course, you get a lot of floater air on the free fall down. Although I prefer space shot, if Im going to do a drop tower I prefer it to be as tall as the park/manufacturer can make it.
I love this ride. The ride up to the top is nerve wrecking, but the view is fantastic. Even though I am not afraid of heights, this ride gets my heart going. I think its of the fear of earthquakes I have. Im not sure what I would do if there was one while I was at the top!
The drop if fun and full of airtime. I never put my hands out before the drop, but the second we drop, my hands go out and it feels like Im just floating there. Excellent ride. And it doesnt have those stupid scream shields that Maliboomer has at DCA
I think the slow ride up to the top is actually more exciting then the drop itself.
So many of these things at different parks. This one is no better then the others. The one at California Adventure beats this one in a long run because how DCA shoots up and this one does not.
"Look Ma, I can see Disneyland!" This ride is wicked. If youre like me and hate drops, then its even better! You swear your gonna get hit by one of those planes coming out of Fullerton Airport. And the drop down... man, you know its gonna come, but you still dont expect it. Only problem is your ears are gonna pop pretty bad. Might give you a pretty bad ear ache if you have a cold or allergies that day. But definitely awesome. I actually *could* see my house from up there!
Best ride of this calliber. it could be better like it could shoot up in the air then do the dropping part. It could be like a taller version of the Extreme Scream at the puyallup fairgrounds up here in Puyallup, Washington. Which is only open when the fair is going on.
The First time that I rode this ride was at Knots Haloween Night. The park was spookey and so was the ride. The carrigae began to go up. It felt like it was never going to stop. In the back of my head I knew how ever far we go up we are going to come down. Once at the top we sat their for what seemed like an internatey. Finaley it started. We droped about ten feet and then draged back up to the top. I dont know if this was actualey sapose to happen. Then we droped. It was almost like jumping out of a plane but without a parchute to save my life. I only recomed this ride to people who are not scared of heights. If you are you should still at least try this ride once. What a rush!!!
Wheeeee!this ride is fun, but I was hoping it would be more intense though. If you get in the right seat, you get a good fiew of Disneyland.
This was ok, if you like this sort of ride. Im not a fan of the sensation of falling however. It you like that sort of thing the add a point or two to my score.
