Its a classic that shouldnt be passed up, it really is the crowning jewel of Casino Pier. I could be wrong, but i think it operates year around on the weekends inside the arcade. Its a ride that youngsters enjoy and the grandparents can bare riding. The band organ is very unique, as they previous post said its the only operating carousels in New Jersey with it, and I believe its one of 6 left in the United States... again I could be wrong with that lol

Now that weve got this one on the list, Ill be more than happy to post the first review. This is a mixed carousel (figures from various makers), featuring early Looff examples - complete with menagerie figures! Beautifully restored and maintained, it is the only operating carousel in New Jersey with a running band organ - also perfectly kept. This one is certainly worth a ride, especially if youre a carousel maniac like me - its one of those classics that truly harkens back to a more graceful time.
