It was fun like all S&S towers but to be honest I was very disappointed by this. The sound effects (which I heard added a lot to the ride experience) were not operational, which I don't know is a permanent case these days or something that was true of that day. I didn't experience much air on the drop and it felt pretty forceless. as a plus, the ride op's did a great job cycling riders through, making the wait extremely manageable, and the views of the mountain are great.
this is a great themed ride and the view on 3 of the sides is great the other 1 of the mountain
This ride is great for LC, but compared to other S&S towers this ride is pretty lame. It is too short and gives almost no airtime. That being said, the theming is excellent and vastly improved the experience.
Disappointing S&S tower, but still a fun ride. The clock theming was excellent as it really made my ride more suspenseful and the effects were great. The views were good as well, but the drop wasnt the strongest. There was no air at all and the stomach dropping sensation was very brief and pretty weak as well.
Better then Scream, but when I went on scream, it was only in Space Shot mode.
Anyway I like this ride alot, it was my first of its kind. The Ticking and the bell seam to not be on anymore...too bad it was a cool effect.
A great S&S and a great addition to the Lake, but not as good as Scream! at Six Flags New England. The only thing keeping me from giving it a 10 is that Ive been spoiled by Scream! because it is a Triple Tower, meaning a shorter line. Downtime, from my experience, is usually a 15-20 minute wait, but is worth it. The clock theme is nice, especially with the suspense-building ticking.
APPEARANCE-8 I didnt really think the clock stuff looked that good until I got to the top. I found the ticking and the bell to be awesome, plus since I didnt know about that at first I was freaked just a little. CAPACITY-5 And that is pretty generous. 12 at a time could be a long wait. At least they dont mess around. RIDE QUALITY-7 I prefer to be shot up, but this went pretty smooth. FUN-10 The clock really got me. I had great fun. RERIDE-9 Almost a sure thing though I did leave some decent attractions undone. OVERALL-39 AVG.7.8 I will go a solid 8. I rate it just better then the one at Funtown.
This is a pretty standard S&S turbo drop. The way top is really fun because you start out going pretty fast. Once your up there you can hear "tick tock tick tock" and then a bell when you drop. A good addition to the park with pretty good theming.
An average S&S drop. If you arnt too scared to look, the view from the top is pretty nice, you can see the forest or the entire park, depending on where you sit. The theming is amusing, and the ride isnt bad. Plus, you get more sick thinking about the ride than actually going on it.
This was just great. It was a lot better than Pitt Fall at Kennywood, although its pretty much the same thing. You go up fairly quickly, youre up there for a little while (you can either look up nervously and listen to the ticking clock which goes nicely with the theming or enjoy the great view of the park), and then you drop and then you bounce. I loved it. You get some neat airtime and I love the pull it has on you when you bounce. Definitely the best ride like this that Ive been on.
