ITS AN AWESOME RIDE! No seriously like you have to ride it. Well since its Universal you know there is going to be a pretty good que line and there is! The lights flicker and its lagitimately scary like for real scary! Then the ride has 2 stations with a transfer track so that dispatch works more quickly. But dont be worrysome of long lines the line never really stops. Plus if your worried about your kids the scariest part has to be THE LINE! LOL Im serious the rise is pretty tame my little cousin whos seven did just fine on it. So go try out The Mummy!
Rode this twice and it was worth it. This coaster was unique and quick in every way. I loved the launch and ride through the fog. This was a coaster that Id like to do again next trip.
Best and awesome ride. i get 3 times in less 2 hours. The queue is pretty dark and fun. When i was almost in the car satation(when u gotta choose if u going to left or right) I meet a Miss Universe!! Her name was Dayanara Torres from P.R.(she won in 93) and i was OMG ill give this ride a 9 but with this meet ilgive it a 10!
This is without a doubt the best ride in Orlando and definetly my favorite ride I have ever been on. It is so much fun, and it was also my first launch coaster. It can get up to 40 extremely fast and I love the story and theming that went along with the ride. There is even a part where a wall lifts up and you have a small 20 ft drop, which can surprisingly twist your stomach.
This is a must ride if you are in Orlando. 10/10
Very dark. Great effects. Great theme. High speed thrill ride with an easy-to-follow story. So much fun for anyone. Its very unusual for a train as fast and for like that to go on such sharp turns and high speeds. The only good part about Universal Studios.
The curse is real! Revenge of the Mummy is an absolutely first class dark ride/coaster hybrid attraction. The theming is excellent, among the best at the Universal Resort. The coaster section is actually loads of fun, not lame like in the Hollywood version. You get airtime in certain seats after the launch hill, and the launch itself is great fun. I dont want to give away too much, but the fire room really rounds off the ride for a great finish.
This is one great ride. What they are able to do with indoor coasters nowadays is awesome. Great theming, good layout makes this an awesome ride.
This ride was awesome. I have also ridden the one at Universal Studios Hollywood. The Florida versions ride was far better and just amazing! However, the storyline building up to it and the queue just sucks compared to the Hollywood version.
I loved it!
I love this ride, Although think the story is pretty weak. I mean, what does a curse of Mummy have anything to do with a speedy car?? But I guess story is not really an issue here. This is my favorite ride in Orlando becasue it reminds me a lot of Indiana Jones ride at Disneyland and that ride is awesome!!
I didnt figure anybody could make a ride that would make me go back to the studio side, but this is that ride. APPEARANCE-10 Fantastic special effects and the outside of the building was very cool. I have no idea what the que is like since we were on a VIP tour and went directly to the front. CAPACITY-9 I noticed some minor confusing in the loading of the trains, other then that my wait was five minutes so I cant give a real accurate judgement. RIDE QUALITY-9 A little short which is to be expected and a couple spots you really get slammed into the restraints. No real complaints just enough of an issue I cant give it a ten. FUN-10 Amazing story with a pretty fast and intense coaster. I even got some nice spots of air. I was looking around so much that I cant remember much of the track, but I do know it was more fun then I had anticipated. RERIDE-10 Easily the best thing on the studio side and one of the top rides at Universal. OVERALL-48 AVG-9.6 Easily scores a ten and one of the coolest things I have ever rode.
