Best mine ride Ive ever been on except for Big Thunder Mountain Railroad at the Magic Kingdom. The theming is pretty good. Its got pretty good pacing for the most part. It also provides a ride that the whole family can enjoy because its not too boring but not too exciting. You usually wont have to wait more than 15 minutes for this ride also. But whats with the final element being a lift hill?

Its the best mine ride I have been on. I always think of mine rides a little different from coasters. This is a fast and fun mine ride. The end is just funny. All the theme is at the end.

Another ride thats REALLY showing its age. This is slow, jerky and feels really long and dull. Better ride this while you can because it may not be around much longer.

I was impressed, better than other family roller coasters. However the ending was horrible to me, but the theming was great. Its good for the little kids, but not worth a long wait.

My all time favorite mine ride coaster. APPEARANCE-10 the statues still move and the other effects look nice. the terrain has matured so the whole ride is actually better then it was. RIDE QUALITY-7.5 a little rough which mine rides normally are but considering there is not much speed it could be a little smoother. CAPACITY-7.5 i couldnt tell if it was running one or two trains but it does load pretty quickly so i give it credit. FUN-10 the ending statues are hilarious and the ride still performs well for its age. RERIDE-9.5 every time i go i ride it at least once and its still in my top half of coasters all time. i deducted a half because a huge line would cause me to skip it. OVERALL 45.5 AVG 9.1 so i give it a nine because i am rating it against other mine rides against a real coaster the rating would be much lower.

Even though people dont like the dissapointing ending, imagine if you were a little kid and you were forced to ride this and you were going up the last hill thinking you are about to make this huge drop and you end up pulling into the station. Now wouldnt you breathe a huge sigh of relief, even though you probably already wet yourself? Seriously, its really good for a family coaster, one worthy of re-riding, after youve done everything else.

It may not be the most intense ride in the park, but it almost always has little to no line, and its a nice out of control ride! My fav runaway mine ride!

THe Adventure express is a good ride, but is a sort of step down for the park.

Great example of a mine train coaster. The use of fogs, effects and tunnels is ideal, and the finale is great - if only it led to a drop, rather than just taking you to the station! Altogether, its worth checking out - if the line isnt too long, even better.

This is defenatly my favorite mine ride type coaster. Its nice and long and it packs a pretty good punch. The theme is fairly good for a coaster at PKI. There are some nice turns at high speeds in the ride and I really liked the drop and all the different tunnels. The only let down is the big lift hill at the end is just to get back to the station, not another drop. Other than that, great mine ride!
