"Its probably just a publicity stunt from a nearby amusement park promoting their new attraction" That probably tells you how much ive been on this ride if I can freakin recite lines from the queue video. It does get a bit too much if you see it like seven times while in line, but its always funny the first time around. The Kings Island version comes in a very close second when in comparison to the version at Kings Dominion. One major key element that was missing (if my memory serves me correctly) is that the Kings Island version is missing the loop at the very end + the lights are lit just a little bit more at PKI as well. Cool photo-op as well, music also adds some more awesome points to the scale.
This is the best steel coaster at PKI. I like the fact that the que line is air conditioned which is a good welcome during a hot humid days at the park. I challenge people to tell be the lay out of this ride without seeing it. Totally enclosed nature of this coaster along with the intensity makes this coaster in my top 10.
I usually dont like indoor coasters but love this one. Great theme and set-up, although it does get redundant when you ride 5 times in a day. Launch is great and you never know whats coming next
I heartily enjoyed my experince on F.O.F. The coolest thing about the ride is that there is no shoulder harness, just a lap/footsie bar so you can enjoy the ride better and feel safely secured.
Indoors, dark, very good speed with banks and inversions; a prototype of the induction accelerated coasters when it came out. Still a
very good ride.
I get a kick out of this ride, especially in that you dont have to deal with shoulder restraints. The launch is great, and I love the indoor layout. If only theyd turn off some of the lighting in the actual coaster section - it just seemed that with a little more darkness, this ride could be downright hair-raising. Overall, well worth riding, with deep dips, great laterals and a disorientingly convoluted track. I just wish theyd turn off the lights!!!
The ride itself deserves a 7, but the extensive theming earns it an extra point. A little bit of head banging.
A really good ride for sure. The launch isnt all that intense compared to new ones, but is still fun. The flips and drops are good.
Ive been on the FOF at PKD- and favor it, only because it was a new experience and there were less lights on in the ride!
OMG, this is the best coaster at PKI, I loved it. The launch isnt bad, but the coaster is so surprising, as well as the themeing. I loved this ride, and it stole the show at PKI.
I was not expecting too much out of this ride because I have ridden joker jink at SFA. I thought it was going to be the same just in the dark. It is the same track and layout but riding in the dark makes this average ride very fun. The theming is some of the best Ive seen anywhere and the loading time was not bad either. This is the second best ride in the park.
