Hurts like hell! Maybe I just caught it on a bad day.. short wait, and great layout.

This was a GREAT steel coaster for its time, a rather good one now. When it was built, it had the most inversions of any coaster (6) and was the tallest coaster in the world (eclipsed a couple years later by MAGNUM at CP). Now, its about average in terms of height, but still strong on inversions. I look for high speeds on coasters, and this one is a little lacking on that (except for the first drop), however the slowness of it is part of the excitement. The corkscrews are taken sooooo sloooooow that it really adds to their intensity. For its time, it was a 10 with bonuses ... now, its slower speeds and constant inversions at least keep it on par with the new bad boys on the block.

One of the better designed of Arrows coasters which I wish was applied to Shockwave and GASM since they are so rough. The repainting of the ride has really brought a lot of attention to it and this is one of the highest capacitys for any ride in the park. The loops are very intense and the layout is very interesting overall. This is like Corkscrew at CP on steriods with actual handles so you can keep control of your head in the seats. The color scheme and logo are really cool as well.

Ok this ride looks like a ton of fun, and it is! The first drop is simply amazing! You are out of your seat the whole time. Defenatly great for an Arrow looper. The loops are very smooth and fast. After the short brakes the double corkscrews are very slow giving you some time out of your seat. Next comes the batwing which is a sweet inversion, also where your picture is taken. After the batwing theres a small helix up, which by the way is a great helix, and you hit the final brakes and your into the station. Im glad I enjoyed this ride a lot more than I did last time I rode it.

Not that rough and bumpy as people say especially after the park smoothed out the track and repainted this year. It does look beautiful now and as picturesque as a coaster can possibly be! The last two inversions into the trench are the best even though that part bothers some people, but I love it! The ride does feel pretty long, has some good air in the back seat on the first drop, and is in a terrific location!

My favorite Arrow looper anywhere with a stomach dropping dive down the first hill, a smooth-for-Arrow ride, and two freakishly slow corkscrews. The coaster doesnt give up and uses the great setting to its advantage with the double inverting heart-shaped element and the lift has one of the best views in the park to see The Beast. Slightly more rough through the transitions and older than the B&M loopers, but still graceful and thrilling for its time and to this day.

I didnt enjoy the attraction that much. I found little to cheer about and the rock hard OTSRs to be a set back. Ive been on better loopers like this, Anaconda for example.

EVERYTHING I could ask for from an Arrow mega-looper. Great view going up the lift, nice and smooth, nice loops, two great corkscrews (you really feel like youll fall out), fun batwing (love the camera placement), and a nice helix all add up to a great ride.

A darn good Arrow corkscrew coaster. It is unfortunately rougher than it looks. When i get tall enough so my head is above the OSTRs, my opinion will probably change.

Great steel and one of the best to me. The fact that the only thing Vortex does is go from inversion to inversion is awesome! A little on the rough side but still a thrilling six-looper.
