This is a great old woodie. Lots of airtime no matter where you sit. Its wild, out of control and packs and incredible punch. Great laterals throughout. Must ride.

This is a great old rollercoaster. The drop right out of the station is a fun start. The lift hill doesnt come in till the middle. It is a great use of the terrain.

Thunderbolt is a classic. How many coasters can boast a huge drop right out of the station. This coaster was forceful and fast. I can only imagine how insane this ride seemed 20 years ago.

A very unique attraction. First of all, no seat dividers. You drop right into two of the best drops on the ride before the lift. Then, its off to a triangle like track set up which provides good "squash your partner time". After this, we hit where this ride loses a point. The last two drops are spine-jarring. A real turn-off for the finale. Otherwise, its a great ride!

A truely GREAT woodie! Starts and ends with a bang! You leave the station, and rather than slowly going to the chain, youre going down a LARGE hill, through the Phantoms Revenge! Lots of high speed fun, the biggest hill is oddly the last! FUN FUN FUN!!!

Thunderbolt is a great woodie in the classic "kicking your butt" sense. Wonderful layout making perfect use of the topography, great forces, and cool trains. Woo Hoo!
