This is a very entertaining ride. The theming is very good. The dark indoor spinning is a little jerky without being too rough. The darkness hides the track quite well making for plenty of surprises for first time riders. A great concept and well executed.

For some reason, I dont enjoy dark coasters much. its mostly a wild mouse coaster with spinning, along with a theme about exterminators killing rats. The lines are long, another downside. The spinning was good, but theres no spinning in the first half.If you like dark rides, youll most likely enjoy this. Give it a shot, and you might have a different opinion than me.

This is a great mouse ride. I rode it during fright nights. They had no lights in it. My wife hurt her neck on it. It snapped my neck back also. I liked that you couldnt see anything when it was spinning you around.

I went on expecting this to be my favorite wild mouse but I think it loses something being indoors. One of the big thrills with a wild mouse is the view as it feels you could be tossed from the car. That scare factor is not there when you cant see.

But the positives. Theming is great from the building, to the queue til the end of the ride. Spinning enhances the experience, too.

Make this your first ride of the day as the line will build as is the case with all wild mouse rides.

I suppose people either love or hate this ride...and I happen to be one that absolutely detests it. I had the misfortune of riding it while the lighting was malfunctioning or something, because I saw no theming whatsoever. The spinning in pitch black was not enjoyable. It seemed meaningless. And whats worse is that this ride had by far the longest wait in the park...

Wow!! This ride was simply brilliant! Its highly under praised, and was a fantastic use of dark ride elements. It started out sort of as a slower-moving dark ride, and became a fast-moving thrill ride. I love how you spin, completely out of control!!!ROFLROFLROFLROFLROFLROFL I wish they had more of these.

This was one the least enjoyable coaster experiences Ive ever had. I rode the Exterminator is the summer of 1999. Hopefully theyve made some adjustments since then. The theming of the ride was actually pretty good. The interior qeue reminded me of Flight of Fear somewhat. There was a video about some rat extermination. The ride was dark which I was excited about but after a while we just began spinning over and over. All I remember is darkness and spinning. When we got out of the ride, we noticed a woman that rode with us almost fell as she was getting off. It was very disorientating, and not in a good way, more of in a sick way. We looked were walking away from a car crash or something. Im just not sure what the designers were thinking and I cant imagine the Kennywood owner riding this thing and being excited about adding it to his lineup. Maybe Im just not the audience for this ride. I was 19 when I rode it. The two points Im giving this ride are mainly for the theming, because at least they tried there. Final Rating - 2.0 (Horrible)

This ride really blew me away. I dont know what I was expecting exactly...probably something along the lines of Space Mountain which has decent queue theming and then you go up the hill and there are some astronauts and then there are some planetary strobe lights going inside, but thats about it. Here, you wait outside for a little while, next to a big red building that looks like a factory which makes for great theming. Once youre inside, the theming doesnt stop and then youre on the ride, an indoor wild mouse coaster. Since wild mouse coasters are usually so quick and you spin on this, I wasnt expecting there to be a lot inside. As a dark ride fan, I hoped that there would be and there actually was. The theming was great inside the ride and very clear and I loved the ride itself! What a neat ride! My favorite at Kennywood for sure and one of my new favorites all together.

This is my favorite mouse coaster. Its in the dark, it spins like crazy, the theming is great, and the cars are shaped like mice. Its a must ride at Kenny Wood if youre an enthusiast. The downside is the line can be long at times but its worth the wait in my opinion. Great addition to KWs lineup of coasters. It is a steel sit down roller coaster. (Mouse). It was built in 1999 by Reverchon. It is 43' tall, 1,377' long, it travels at speeds of 29 mph, it is fast, fun, rerideable, it has a large capacity, and a long duration.
