I like these "Swing Around" types of rides, as they are good fun and usually pretty thrilling. Rodeo Round-Up was certainly fun, but it lacked in the thrills department. The cycle was good and the crew loaded quickly, but the overall impression I had of this was that it was a tamed-down version of one of my favorite flats. The movement of the cars is fun as per usual, but the speed just isnt quite there. Worth a spin or two, and kids will like it, just dont expect too much from it.
Its a rare classic ride, but it was pretty dull to me. The spinning was pretty forceless and rather slow, but the swinging was decent and quite fun. Unfortunately, this one has a really short cycle.
Well maintained. Fun. Rerideable. Ride capacity and duration short.
I wish I knew the generic name for this type of ride, as Im not sure I can describe it very well. Little two-person vehicles circle around a central tower, and frequently get lifted outward to a tilted angle. It looks like it should be quite fun, but in all honesty it was pretty dull. The spinning wasnt all that fast or high, and the shooting upward wasnt really very effective. Plus, the duration was short, though I really didnt desire to have it go on any longer.
I dont see any Rodeo theming. As the sign at the entrance says "An exciting circular ride whose gondolas rise up and fall while the spins" As the gondolas fall towards the down you feel as though they may actually hit the ground
This ride is okay, but Its not the greatest of flat rides. The way the cars move in and out is fun though, but its not as exciting as I expected.
This is a great classic flat ride. The ride spins in a circle and the cars move back and fourth. Its also a relaxing ride since it doesnt move fast.
