It was an OK ride since it was my first suspended coaster, but I know that there are better ones out there. I know that IDs a family coaster, but it couldve been longer & a lil bit faster b/c I really didnt feel the swinging action kicking in until the 2nd half of the ride. Ride ID if youve got lil kids, but dont bother putting this one as your favorite b/c its too boring.

Iron Dragon was an ok ride. It wasnt that good. It was good for my first Suspended Coaster. I liked the finish, that was really fun. Im glad it was a walk-on, because I heard sometimes, the lines get to 30 minutes. It was raining when I went on, so that added pain. But it was still good. When I was walking in the line, about to get to the stairs, the train came back, and some paint chipped off and splattered on me. I heard this each time. The trains do NOT match the colors of the ride. And, I really think they should change the colors back to red and white.

Nothing to really compare this too since it is only the second coaster of this type I have been on, I will only say that I prefer BGWs Big Bad Wolf over this one.

Relaxing and fun. I actually enjoyed this ride, feel like I could almost fall asleep on it. The first half through the forest is slow and dragging at times, but the second half with the ending over the water is nice. But get rid of the new colors, especially with it right next to Dragster. Ick.

Good scenery, but not much else. I found this ride to be very slow and boring, and I dont understand the need for the second lift hill. Worth a try if you like riding through forests and that kind of thing and the wait is usually not very long at all.

Another first for me at the time. I can see why they have so much trouble with these type of coasters, b/c of the large amount of swinging action it gets at times. It can make you sick, if you have a weak stomach or just ate. I liked the idea of not seeing whats ahead of you until its too late. The Figure 8 Finale was deserving of this 6 alone with the intensity, fog and layout over the water. I just wished these rides were able to provide more thrills, b/c there were quite a few spots in the ride where I said to myself, "Is this the fastest this ride can go?" Nevertheless, it is a good coaster to add to your ride list if you havent ridden one of this type.

This is just an ordinary roller coaster. The fact that it is suspended gives it a bump but not much. There is no sense comparing it to the best of the suspendeds, Big Bad Wolf. Lets face it though, people dont go to Cedar Point for this one alone. But you go on it, just to say you did. So, go ahead. Its ok.

This ride isnt intense at all, and the best part about it was its setting, which has been mostly removed for TTD. The lift hills are very slow, almost to the point where it seems like theyre broken. The Big Bad Wolf is a much better ride.

Good travelling through the forest and whatnot, but the ride itself is nothing special. Take it out of the environment that its in, and the coaster will lose any charm it has. However, for where it is and what it is, its not terrible.

I dont know why this ride has such a low rating. Its pretty good. The lift was extremely slow and the seats were kinda uncomfortable. Besides that it was fun. It was cool to go through the woods and over the little island thing. The second lift was annoying, although we probably needed it to make it back to the station. I enjoyed the ending pretzel with the mist. It cooled me off and was quite fun. I enjoyed sitting up front on this thanks to the nonexistent wait. The only problem on this was the ending brake. Ouch! But besides that, Iron Dragon is a nice relaxing ride.
