Just about everything about this ride is amazing. Even the lift hill scared me as its really steep and all that. The first drop scares me to this day, but still is the best around. Each and evry O-Turn is glass smooth for such serious banking. Were not even stapeled in; the first timers arent even sure that they wont fall out. There may be only three airtime hills, but the floater air is like nectar of the gods to everyone including me. My night ride on Millie beat many others, so i guess it wuz worth the 1 and a quarter hour wait? The restraints provide enough airtime to please, and still dont toss you around much. If not for El Toro and especially Magnum, this would be yet another numero uno like many before me. Wutever, nothing other then the previously mentioned rides beats this. 10.0 by speed and nightime colors.

I feel this is the best rollercoaster Ive ridden. The drop is amazing, so fast and steep, all most feel as if ur falling out of your steep. There is not a bad part of this ride, its so smooth, and the trains are so open and give u a great view. The overbanked turns are fun, and the tight turns near the ground are so great at such high speeds. The ride doesnt have a huge amount of airtime, but its periods of airtime before "Millienium Island" and next to the station are great. Overall, this is a world class coaster.

Its the best coaster ever built, and will alaways be. It has speed, airtime, and of course overbanked curves.

I loved this ride since it opened, but this ride, more than others, is better at night. The first hill at night is probably the coolest thing I have ever experienced on a ride. If its the end of the night and you need to get on one more ride, definitly go on this one or magnum. As long as you get in line before the park closes, you will get on.

This roller coaster is amazing. The first drop feels like it goes on forever and has intense g-forces from the end of it to the overbanked turn. The speed is maintained throughout the ride so there is never a dull moment, and the airtime is very good. My only problem with it is it feels short (because its so good) which makes it addictive.

This is the best rollercoaster Ive ever been on; and Ive been on a lot, including european classics such as Goliath in Walibi World, Expedition GeForce, and Nemesis, but there is nothing like Millenium Force. The first drop is amazing...I practically come out of my seat every time I go down that hill. The ride is so smooth and fast, its amazing. The train is awesome as well because it is so open. Not to mention, its encouraging because everyone comes off of it excited and happy. Its a great ride, with a great feel. The brake run is not rough, and I love how there is no mid-ride brake run. GREAT RIDE!

Millennium Force is a great example of bigger not always being better. I had a short 20 minute or so wait on a rainy, dreary day in May. I was looking forward to my trip to the Coaster Capital for a number of reasons including riding my 100th new coaster. As I arrived at Cedar Point I was drawn to MF like a magnet. It was to be number 100. The ultra-steep lift was very intimidating even for a seasoned vet like me. Luckily, I was able to draw on the courage of the pre-teens I rode with. The quiet, speedy lift doesnt help to settle your nerves as your steadily pushed high into the air and feel like your basically over the Lake Erie. And then, the BEST and most intense drop Ive ever experienced. I fight the urge to pull my hands down and hold on as plummeted down the longest drop of my life. I figured that if the kid half my age can do it than so could I. Finally, we reached the bottom, and we were being pelted with a light rain. Next were thrown into the huge overbanked turn. It reminded me of the S:ROS (@ SFNE) only much larger. After the overbank MF let me down. The rest of the ride was very fast, relatively smooth, but not all that thrilling. And for me, the hills offered NO airtime. None. Well, the small hill right next to the station offered a little lift, but nothing to write home about. Where S:ROS (again Im referring to the SFNE version) offers a thrilling opening and a near flawless middle and finale, MF doesnt do much with its layout. It didnt bore me by any means, but it definitely didnt wow me either. Also, the theming was lackluster and almost non-existent. But how do you theme something called "Millennium Force"? I guess CP needed a name that meant: big, high tech, & opening at the start of the new millennium. MF is daunting, but by no means a classic. For one of those see that shorter, slower, older red coaster on the other side of the isle. The points here are for the lift, drop, smoothness, setting, and the speed which is unparalleled for a coaster of this length. Final Rating - 9.0 (Excellent)

This one non-looping coaster that Im willing to ride ^_^. Due to its gargantuan height and speed. I mean, whats their not to like about this ride.

This is the only coaster that I have been on that is worth waiting more than 2 hours for. Also, one of the few coasters that I run to. Makes me wonder all the time why other parks dont have any Gigas.

People have to stop and talk about this ride the way it is. It is so overrated it makes me sick reading some of these reviews. The first drop is not that great, although it seems like it would be. The ride doesnt have that much to offer other than pure speed if thats your thing. Im all about airtime and there are only two times where there is a little bit of air. Very disappointing overall, and only has speed to offer. The height is breathtaking, but the drop just doesnt deliver. The fact that this ride was so innovative with an elevator lift system and a 80 degree drop with record breaking (at the time) speed and height. This ride is good, dont get me wrong, and an 8 is as very fair score IMO.
