Sooo smooth, so smoooooth, you could take a nap on this its so smooth...but why would you want to miss the action!? I love Medusa, forget about themeing, this ride is good anyway! The best ride ive had on this was when I went on it in a moderate drizzle, it made the ride into the most fun shower ive ever taken! lol! The floorless aspect is cool but I never really notice it, I know my feet arent in any danger so it doesnt raise my excitement as much. If the Kumba style cars were on Medusa Id probably give it the same rating, but i guess the fact that it was the first "floorless" coaster gives pride to my home park.

honestly i rode this , it was good , smooth really smooth but for a floorless coaster , it was not meeting up to my expectations, i mean its better then dark knight at new england but i would have to say that i would not waste my time , i think it gets boring a bit, and i would radther go on something more thrilling

A good ride, I can see why this prompted other parks to invest in the floorless models! I like the colors of the ride- but for the love of anything I do not understand the themeing! Can someone explain to be the connection between Medusa and the West? I think a mythology inspired theme would have fit better- and could have earned this ride a higher rank.

This ride was great! I had just got to SFGA for the first time and before this I had only gone on one rollercoaster that went went upside down. That would be SooperDooperLooper. When i went to Medusa this was the second ride that I went to that day. The first being Batman the Ride. When we got to Medusa I was excited because I had seen the train going through the Camelback Twist and into the Cobra Roll. There was abosolutely no line for this we went straight to the train. I got on and the floor went down and the train the left the station and down a little drop, turned to the left and then straight to the 145 foot lift hill. It dosnt take that long to get up the lift and at the top of it saw the safari and was laughing because I was laughing because I saw about six monkeys jumping on someones car. The train got to the top of the lift hill,it started going down, and then turned left and it dove back to the ground at 61mph. It seems like its going much faster than it really is because of the floorless train. It then went through the huge vertical loop which was about 120 feet high, and then into the dive loop. Then into the Camelback twist which was awesome because of the weightlessness. And then right into the cobra roll. The most intense part was the dive loop, into the camelback twist, and into the cobra roll. After the cobra roll you go to the midcourse brakes which gives you a chance to find where your brain is and into the tight helix which is great cause its very close to the ground. After the helix is the interocking corkscrews which are alright. You then make a couple of turns and youre back to the station. Very exciting, fun, and intense. Great job on the part of Six Flags, Werner Stengel, and B&M

This ride is the reason i go to six flags[and chiller], its long, has many inversions, not the fastest but still rad =] the interlocking corkscrews are the best part of the ride, and steve is gonna go 2 six flags every week from now on haha

This ride is smooth, fun, floorless, and a B&M so this coaster is one of the best in the park.

This is an incredible coaster. Every part of this ride was great and it is without a doubt the most intense looping coaster I have ever ridden.
