You people are such punks. Before I went on, My sister & sister-in-law who have ridden this 10 times or something over the last 5 years told me to keep my head to the seat. There is no point, the new seats are so comfortable & the only thing that will happen is that your neck will be pulled from the seat and hang on the vertical loops, however it doesnt bang back into the seat. This is one of my favorite rides at Great Adv. and even altogether cause I found this very enjoyable. And if you do get your neck banged again and again, remember: Dont hate the coaster, hate your weak body.

Ok, Ive seen your bad ratings of good rides, and I was surprised to see that you gave this a good rating! How can Kraken churn your stomach and this cant? My head did get banged, and I dont hate my "weak" body, since obviously yours was hurt on Kraken!

Head banger my butt! A real head banger was B+R before they had lap restraints or Manhattan Express in Las Vegas. Sure GASM isnt the smoothest ride, but if you keep your head back, it shouldnt hurt you...

i think that they did it during the off season- it would make sense. six flags was changing all the premiere launch rides to just lapbar, so im assuming the same was done to both sides of the chiller.

Rode this again yesterday. Amazing once again. Just a little pull on the first and second vertical loop, but I kept my neck stable so it didnt bang back to the seat. Once again very enjoyable, especially after second loop.
