Nope. Both Dragons have 5 inversions. Fire has an Immelmann, Inclined Loop, Vertical Loop, Flat Spin, Flat Spin. Ice features a Heartline Roll, Cobra Roll (2), Vertical Loop and Flat Spin. Fire is also the only B&M inverted not to have a Heartline Roll.

B&M is the designer. It stands for Bolliger And Mabillard. TOGO_Fan

Ice is more intense as far as the two coasters. Fire is faster but the Immelmann on Ice makes it a bit more intense. I prefer front car on ice as you get a bunch of nice near miss stuff (castle wall in particular). Fire I like the middle/back left side, tons of air time, especially over the camel back and a nice view of ice going under and at you in different parts of the track.

Hm...I find Ice to be one of the least-intense B&Ms that I have ridden. Above it, Id rank Fire Dragon, SFGAm Batman, Kumba, Raging Bull, Mantis, Chang, Iron Wolf, Kraken and Hulk. But thats just my opinion...Also, Ice does not feature an Immelmann...

Doh, Did I saw Immelman.. I meant Cobra Roll... I dont know maybe its an opionion thing.. maybe im thinking more of pacing than intensity.. I think Fire is much more well paced.. the combination of elements appears to be more intense to me on Ice... Batman (SFMM and SFoG) is the most intense ive been on personally.. Hulk starts strong with the launch and about 4 elements in like 20 seconds but the back side doesnt feel as strong to me.

Its okay. I totally agree about Fires pacing. I love well-paced rides and that shows in my rankings. (Fire and Legend both have incredible pacing and are my #1 wood and steel coasters.) I found SFoGs Batman to be lackluster, and SFGAms blew me away. And I agree with your Hulk comments as well. It starts off really good and just kinda dies after the descending S-Turn before the brakes.

Fire is not only well paced but intense as well.. Ice, however, is just more frightening with the near misses, it also feels like there are more inversions, even though it was earlier stated that both had 5. i disagree regarding the Hulk. the launch is not only the most intense part, the cobra roll was kinda cool. also the part of the ride where it slows for like 2 seconds but drops and continues to pace.. that part is cool and occurs towards the end.

The drop at the end is a nice surprise... overall though I thought the first part of the coaster just overwelms whatever they try and throw at you in the back... In the case of Fire I feel like the elements are spaced out enough so you can comprehend whats happening, where on Ice its rapid fire so its like one big rush... thats one thing I like about the dragons everyone likes them for different reasons
