Nitro was one of the first hypers to be made by B&M, and I would have to say it's one of the best I've ridden. On my trip to SFGADV this coaster sat in the back of my mind the entire to time, before I couldn't put it off any longer. Nitro usually has a short lineup due to it's amazing capacity, so I waited less than 45 minutes for each my 2 rides on this beast. Everything about the ride is likeable, the trains are comfortable, high capacity, it's smooth, thrilling, and has a variety of elements. Nitro starts it's 230 foot ascent after a quick fun drop to the left. The coasters climbs and climbs to 230 feet, until your plummet 215 feet down to the ground below. This drop has some great floater air, and really works up the speed, more so than Behemoth. After the first drop Nitro flys high into the air, into one of its many twisted drops, something the newer hypers sadly are missing. These drops thrilled me much more than I though they would. Especially near the front of the train. After flying through Nitro's first twisted hill, the drop gave some great floater air, and we headed back up the sky into an airtime hill. The front of Nitro provides just the right amount of smooth floater air, and this hill delivers. After this Nitro hurls you into a hammerhead that delivers some amazing positive G's and lats. After you exit the hammer head you fly into another airtime hill, this time providing some stellar floater air. Then you plummet down to the ground and up into another twisted drop which really throws you to the side. After this you speed into an intense upward helix. You can really feel the g's on this thing as it sucks you back into your seat. After this the train goes through the lightly pinching MCBR into an intense drop. I wish Behemoth had a drop like this off of the MCBR, as you're not expecting it. This drop puts the thrills back into high gear as Nitro then hurls you over several airtime hills as you float happily over every single one. Overall Nitro is an amazing B&M hyper. It provides a great first drop, amazing floater air, an intense helix and finale. The pacing on the ride beats that of Behemoth, and Goliath, and altogether is an extremely solid ride.
