Batman The Ride is a really good thrilling ride! I have to agree completely with the complaints about roughness and short length. I thought it ended a lot too suddenly and the flat spin num 2 was terrible. I also experienced some headbanging.

Overall, I believe it's probably my least favorite B&M so far. It's just a little bumpier and shorter than usual, but I still have to say, what it delivers has not to be underestimated!

The whole thing packed a decent punch: I think the pacing is very good and relentless. From start to finish, what you're getting is high quality, starting with the highlight, the first drop! To my opinion it was exceptionnal. I simply loved it. The loop right after is strong and the diving loop right after really, really feels like diving at extreme angles. The turn inside the loop is very smooth but not quite memorable; fortunately, the pace picks up again with the inversion right after. The Zero-G roll is perfectly executed!! You may bang your head just a little if you don't push it well enough against your seat, but it makes you feel A LOT like it's just trying to shake you aff and make you fall down to your death. And I'm really glad they trimmed it: it makes it much longer. It is followed by a very sharp turn close to the ground that serves as a great introduction to the flat spins. The first of the two is fast and fun, but also unexpected. The transition turn right after is also strong, with its twistiness and sharpness. It doesn't look like much, but it's a pretty darn wicked turn! But then comes the pain. The way it ends right after is disastrous. The flat-spin is very fast and very dizzying, but damn, is it painful. The headbanging is out of the charts. And what's disappointing and lame is that after the flat-spin, the train takes a quick left-handed turn and hits the brakes in one second. It just feels cheap.

Overall, Batman is really great. It is a thrilling and fast thrill machine and with such short lines, it's always worth it. Give it a try, maybe it is short and ends roughly, but it's still a real treat. Oh and c'mon in the first drop is a freaking experience! It just can't be missed.
