Review of Millennium Force @ Cedar Point

Millenium Force was my very first roller coaster I rode at CedarPoint and was definetly a good way to start my trip. Accompanying me was my reluctant Dad who really doesn&#39.t care for any roller coaster over 60 feet tall. We rode Millenium Force during eraly ride time which meant we walked right on it! Just our luck. We ascened the lift hill noticing the absence of the click clack of a traditional chain lift. The view from Millenium is unreal, spectacular views of all rollercoaster and of lake Erie. But you only get to take this view in for a short period of time because the cable pulling you&#39.re train speeds up about half way up the hill, almost as if reminding you what lay ahead. Then as the coaster reaches the top the lift slows and the trains speeds up and out of your seat you fly as you free fall towrd the ground at hurricane force speeds from 310 feet. The drop is massive and gives excellent airtime. Then comes the over banked turn, you fly around the turn and bank toward the ground as if your hanging from your seat. The you fly towards the ground yet again and turn to the left you get pushed back into your seat as you enter a pitch black tunnel and screams echo in your ears. The up a massive hill you go towards the sky. At the top you get a hint of floater airtime, but then again this coaster is about airtime its about speed, and free fall into another banked turn which sucks you into your seat, then you fly through the supports of the two hills and into another banked turn which sucks you back into your seat yet again. Then you fly through a banked turn and into a hill which provides some good floater airtime, then you rush back into another tunnel and turn to the left once you come out of the turn your still speeding along at the top speed of some of the other coasters in the park and you fly over a small airtime hill which pulls you from your seat with some solid floater air right beside the station! Then you turn again and and into another banked turn and into the brakes. Millenium force is extremely fast and packed with intense turns break neck speeds one absolsuely insane first drop.

Thanks, I really wish I could go back to cedar point, there line up of coaster is incredible, maverick ttd raptor and millenium force are the best coasters Ive ever been on. The drop alone in this coaster is mind blowing, cherish your time at the point because it goes by quick.
