Boardwalk Typhoon was your typical scrambler flat ride, and it was pretty good. The setting was ok, although I never understood why Geauga moved this and like 4 other flat rides over to the other side of the park. They just seemed out of place over there to me. This ride had a nice program to it and I had fun on it. Normally a ride of this type with the experience I had would rate in the 7-8 range, but points again are deducted for the lethargic ride crews that led to an unnecessary longer wait, combined with another classic Geauga Lake staple - a very short ride cycle. Thus, Boardwalk Typhoon was a fun flat ride, but was also plagued by some typical Geauga problems that prevented it from being a real favorite of mine.
